Apparently it's a TiM named Brendan Lucas. I haven't seen any confirmation of this, but I would have 100% gone with pooner based on that mugshot.

No I don't think so. The woman next to the attorney is likely co-counsel or his paralegal. As for the tranny thing:

I think this article is about that case but take it with a massive grain of salt. It's not very informative and the author clearly has a bone to pick with this court and the article is very slanted.

If you look at this article, the pooner seems to be representing a true and honest woman who claims she was assaulted and impregnated with twins during a massage and is in a custody battle over them. The details are strange, but as Serfin Terf pointed out, the author is dubious.

Oh yeah... and the law firm closed. This was a straight-up career ending meltdown.

Can only speculate what actually happened. On one hand, I understand how having your children taken from you by a corrupt small-town court can cause a person to behave erratically. On the other hand, she's incredibly attention-seeking and exhibits very poor judgement in both her choice of lawyer and social media activity. Can't help but wonder if maybe the pooner was the only lawyer dumb enough to take the case. I've attached some of the more interesting posts..

Even then, if you're in a big welfare state you usually just get more money and a free house, and they stop drug testing you because it's easier to put the kids through the money laundering mill than to bother with pretending they care that their mom is on drugs. If she lost custody in Oklahoma, she did something fucked up.
