Like it was said earlier in the thread, it was done by the same group that made Rugrats, so you can see the similarity. It's a thing of a world that's gone now. In an age of smartphones, "cancel culture", and terrible search engines, Western animation is all CGI now.
Or cheapass toonboom

Plus at least steamed hams seems to have actually died off that one refferene the actual show made to it not withstanding . Compare that to big chungus a meme that should be dead and buried because it was always cringe and nothing of value came from it but since Warner is so desperate to make looney tunes popular again they added it into some crappy ftp mobile game. It wouldn't surprise me if it shows up in space jam 2.

Anyway back on topic steamed hams also gave us this collab.

watching the ancient ep about MLB guys working at the plant as ringers
in hindsight this is probably better remembered than the song it was a parody of

Yes and you call them Sneed and Feed despite the fact that they are obviously Chuck's.

It'd be cool to have Aurora Borealis localized entirely within the kitchen. Especially at this time of year, at this time of day, in this part of the country.

(not a fire of course)

The history of Klasky-Csupo alone is a fascinating tale of American success given it's founders being an unlikely pair of foreign artists.

I'll admit, I still like Steamed Hams despite the fact it's a dead meme.

Steamed Hams and most of the Simpsons shitposting memes work so well because they're more versatile and adaptable than a lot of the modern memes like Big Chungus.

A good meme is one that can live on in many different variants.

Wojak is still used to this day because there's so many different types of Wojaks.

It's coming! Another terrible Simpsons musical episode is coming. Hide your family, hide under the covers yourself because this could be worse than the Lady Gaga episode.

"Lisa gets an imaginary friend - a depressed British singer from the 1980s (Guest Voice Star Benedict Cumberbatch), - who makes her feel much better about her friends. Meanwhile, Homer gets a vehicle with awesome torque and becomes a truck guy."

Lisa becomes obsessed with this kind of famous, alternative Morrissey-type rockstar from the 1980s, Willoughby. It'll be a musical episode.

Why are all of Lisa's love interests British? This is like the fourth or fifth one. Someone on the writing staff has a fetish.
