My predictions for emoji usage:
That's a good one. One of the wheelchairs will become the go-to for retard, retardation, etc. Though the juice box might do just as well.
Oyster -> Vagina as Eggplant -> Dick
Ice Cube will come to be used by white-women-pretending-to-be-woke Twitter for "I am a cold bitch".
Lots of /pol/-tier "One Drop" stuff going on in this thread. That's probably the only "alt-righting" that will actually take and make sense.
Banjo will be used by MovieBob and people like him to refer to "Flyover Country and its inferior denizens".
And the super obvious "pinching hand for implying a tiny dick"
Beyond that, I don't see any of these actually seeing any use.

Briefs is interesting since several old piracy forums used it to convey 'whatever you just posted is really fucking stupid and i don't know how to respond' and I really hope it comes back.
Other than that, meh. Hopefully they didn't fix the bug with the last spec where the human skin modifier worked with the basketball emoji.
