The blood drop obviously refers to pure aryan blood. One drop of impure blood is all it takes.
The fingers close together, notice how many fingers are being used? That's right, two. Just like the number of genders.

It's easy, the menstruation emoji is a drop of blood, just invoke the one-drop rule of pure aryan blood.
 
To be fair, I do appreciate the addition of tons of emojis that I can use to call people disabled. Ty Unicode.
Also the yawning face, waffle, garlic, onion, juice box, axe, yoyo and ice cube are pretty cool.
