Also their obsession with gay pairings is also getting more obsessive. Now we need more gay stories to combat the toxic masculine culture of football (the American kind). For fun, I decided to redo my count to see if it has changed...After looking through two pages, there was more political or social justice stuff than any other subject.
 
Does the Mary Sue actually say anything else about why a character needs to be gay outside of 'just because too many are straight'?It reminds me of how in Alien Covenant we find out a character was gay after he died but it had no bearing on the plot outside of having folks say 'Hey he was gay?Who was that guy i barely remember him.'

The media in general has really been champing at the bit to colonize and ruin football. I can't wait for the inevitable "football fans are dead, football fans don't have to be your audience" pieces that are already pre-written and saved on harddrives across the country, just waiting for the right trigger moment to go live.

Maybe that's where they will go next, once the cpm on nerd shit goes back to 2 cents per 1000 views.

There has been a huge push for any of the closet homos that are playing right now to come out so the media can feast off any abuse they get. Thankfully the gay players don't want to be their trojan horse.

There's also been a push for a Rooney Rule to be introduced so that clubs have to interview a POC every time they appoint a manager. But clubs told them to fuck off with that shit because no manager has ever got a job because of an interview, you can only mess the interview up and not get the offer. Making clubs interview black managers (for it is really all about blacks) when they have almost no chance of getting the job would just be a cruel farce.

What is it with SJWs going after shit they don't even like? I highly doubt a vast majority of them have any interest in ever watching football, same as they have little interest in most video games and comics (movies based on comics they do seem to like, but most aren't reading the actual comics themselves). Next they'll be going after, idk, fishing tournaments or wrestling or something.

Because they're children who don't like being left out of stuff. They look over and see other people having fun and wondering why they're not having fun. But then they think that the other people are having fun wrong.
