"Offensive" memes, huh? I can only imagine...

I'm reminded of this:

It's actually really scary how inoffensive private activity can get you in so much hot water and many people's responses are cheering it on.

Even worse, when they get doxed with someone leaking pictures of their private and inoffensive behaviors for ridicule, out comes the hypocrisy, "You have no right to pry into my life and shame me for my harmless kinks"

It all comes down to their stuff being sacred and that of the opposition being open for criticism. Anything that one can use to degrade their opposition is seen as a valuable tool in the arsenal against "tyranny" and "oppression".

Funny enough, that Wonder Woman / Conan crossover is being written by Gail Simone, who besides being a major Wonder Woman writer has also been one of the main writers for Red Sonja for the past decade. She is also the woman who coined the term "woman in fridges", which makes the Mary Sue bitching about a comic she's writing pretty funny.

Oh my God, every single article could be summed up with the response "who fucking cares?"

It's gloriously ironic that The Mary Sue claims to stand up for marginalized people but the type of content they produce is so petty and inconsequential that only the most wealthy and sheltered trust fund kiddies give a shit about it.

You can tell in that article that they desperately want to come out and say that only white people should be subject to consequences for hate speech and racism but they don't quite have the metaphorical balls to do it.

Also one of the featured articles on the top of the page is called,

What it's like having pea sized confidence with watermelon sized tits.

feminism everyone.

You mean urban black women don't care about Star Wars or Game of Thrones? I, for one, am shocked.

That's the kind of dissonance that happens when you're an over glorified blog with no concept approval or real editorial staff.
