And the horror fandom isn't all that SJW (from what I know), they'd just disregard them and the shlock fans ridiculing them.

If they pissed off the horror fandom enough there would definitely be a few movies about SJW types getting viciously slashed to pieces, eaten by monsters, raped, etc. And nobody would give one single shit. They really don't want to go there.

actually a lot of horror movies are more progressive than regular old mainstream stuff. there's movies with mixed race couples that aren't the entire plot, movies where women get revenge on rapists, movies presenting white men as ultimate monsters, there's even movies showing women as the hero that saves the day. they're all indie horror with lots of gore, usually, but there's a codified set of rules about horror plot structure that allows them to cast actors of every color and gender with no concern at all. it's integration at its finest, even in some of the schlockiest movies.

I mean even pighunt has a woman pee o cee as the hero character, there's a mixed race couple and nobody even mentions it.
then again there's a lot of tits and ass and gore.

now, if they get started on Russ Meyer it'll be a shitshow.

What part of them being monsters does the author not get? They are dark reflections of our psyche and their attitudes make them more frightening.
To use monsters as an example of our psyche and attitudes: the xenomorph from the Aliens franchise is basically our walking fear of rape when considering how they are born (i.e. getting facially violated from a facehugger, and having its chestbursting fetus coming out of you in which your "progeny" then goes on a killing spree, repeating that same cycle). While tits in a horror film does come off as overused, cheap, and cheesy, there are scenarios in a horror film where the character in question whose running and screaming pretty much could represent us in the most vulnerable state where all we can do is run as we're falling apart against a dark reflection of humanity.

But TMS has to say how monsters are all perverts, while you could have some monster like a mutant from the Hills have Eyes being a lecherous killer, other monsters like the xenomorph or an undead slasher such as Jason Vorhees aren't really going to give a shit about tits.

The first truly feminist sci fi movie was Alien, a horror film.

Yeah, it does reek of the 'guilty until proven innocent' philosophy that a lot of third wave feminists have towards rape.

What's hilarious is these very same cunts (usually men) who write for this crappy publication would enthusiastically support women asking for literally exactly the same thing. I'm just surprised they didn't manage to do both on the same day.

Cheesy monster movies now count as part of the "muh male gaze" narrative. While it is a tired trope, of course Teresa ties monsters to men in fictional media.
This article. Words fail me. Look at this shit -
Think about that. Men are being encouraged to identify with a non-human before they are taught to acknowledge women as equal members of their own species. DA FUQ?!
Think about that. This idiot watched a youtube video, read up a little on its topic, saw someone say that the first person view humanises the monsters, then somehow leapt from that to believing that Hollywood wants men to think monsters deserve more rights than women. DA FUQ?!

I found it so ironic that a website called "The Mary Sue" would back up Daisy Ridley with her assertion that Rey isn't a Mary Sue because it's "sexist"... Bitch(es), have you ever heard of Galen Marek?! The man out-sues every gender, (even the Tumblr ones), by miles and I don't think anyone's calling that assertion sexist!

Speaking of which, which reminds me of this article I stumbled upon:
https://www.themarysue.com/sophia-on-girlboss-is-not-a-manic-pixie-dream-anything/

"waaah! How dare they criticized her flaws and her mistakes and all of her selfish wrongdoing portraying in a quirky way? Don't call her a manic pixie dream girl! Only we can say that to other female characters when they don't fit to our agenda!"

If it was actually a "private" FB group, they were ratted out by one of their own and should probably find out who it was and dox them or something.
