For a group that's so pro-justice and anti-police, they have no problem with judging someone guilty until proven innocent--which is nigh impossible, and in the court of public opinion, no less. There's already people who think that we should throw out due process entirely for the crime of rape. This is the type of moral panic that sends innocent people to prison, and said innocent people are disproportionally poor people of color. Public opinion can seriously taint the judiciary. Mob justice, thinly-sourced evidence, a complete lack of accountability, it all paints a picture that's even uglier than that pink fedora.

I agree with your main point but I really can't blame them for Faraci. The guy was accused publicly of committing rape and responded with the equivalent of "Uh... I don't know, maybe. Probably?" I have no problem with people considering him guilty after that.

Oh no, that guy is a cuck and deserves the pain of falling on his own sword. I'm waiting for the day when the "listen and believe" crowd tries to wrongfully convict a young black man.

On one hand, Faraci was in a catch-22. If he denied it, he would have been roasted over the coals, because "denying being a rapist is EXACTLY what a rapist would do!". (Google "Max Temkin" and "Brad Wardell" for further examples)

On the other hand, this was a (Kafka)trap of Faraci's own making, since he heavily subscribed to the Listen and Believe dogma. It's either say "Yes" and admit you're a rapist, or say "No" and tell a woman that you don't believe her. Devey made his bed, so he can get fucked in it.

Never happen. One of the main pillars of SocJus is that black people are always innocent victims and never do anything wrong. If he actually did it and she's white they'll attack her for somehow forcing him to do it, and if she's black they'll say that some other white devil made him do it.

For now maybe. But SJWs are mostly white women and many of them had no problem turning against gay men even though anyone who would support that women are more "oppressed" (however you want to measure that) compared to gay men is delusional. It might take a while but it wouldn't surprise me since black men are afterall men.

The main point of SJWism (aside from con artists making some money) is for overprivileged white girls to feel oppressed and less guilty about being overprivileged.
