From people like them is that they firmly believe that Dr. Strange's race/ethnicity was never truly revealed in the comics, there's a posibility that he isn't white. Since all the mystic-fu used if from Asian, (to them) how would a white man be allowed to, let alone get his hands on that. To them, there is no need to have a white Dr. Strange. Since the magical culture is more Asian, an Asian Dr. Strange would fit better.
Maybe they want to make James Bond a transwoman who has angst about being born male and womanizes as a coping mechanism eventually betraying transphobic Britain and defecting to Iran in exchange for a sex change operation and a nuclear strike to the great satan
There is a theory that "James Bond" is a code name that has went to multiple spies. So to them it would be no problem it give it to a female since it is only a title.

I dunno, I think they'd find reasons no matter what. I mean these are the kinds of people who'd probably accuse Martin Luther King Jr. of being racist if he was alive today. Since I mean it's easy to find issues with things when you're not burdened with stupid shit like logic and context like a normal human being.
This right here is one of those things that shows their true intentions. If they truly wanted equality (as in identity being taken out of the equation and nobody being hired because they're a certain gender/race), meritocracy would be a goal. They might say something like "we want meritocracy, but we're not quite there yet". But they don't. They go into a white hot rage the moment meritocracy is mentioned, which is not generally something you do if it's in any way a goal of yours. To them, if a company has 40 job openings and gets 100 male and 10 female applications, they demand the company hire 20 men and 20 women.
