As someone who moves in those circles, a lot of them don't. Unfortunately a lot of older folks only experience with jeets is the tiny number of actually skilled individuals we imported 30 years ago, this is especially true when it comes to out of touch upper middle class and above professional types. As has been discussed, boomers like them cause they're a slave caste that will kiss their pass professionally and work for what they think is a fair wage (since time ended for the boomers in the late 70s). Everyone else hates them, but until the day of the pillow, we're stuck pretending that Boomers have anything resembling a valid worldview.
My only fear is they'll infest and take over Woke, or the Wokies will end up plugging their noses (literally in this case) and stop "allowing" racism against Jeets in furtherance of their actual goal of destroying the west.

Slightly off-topic, but I feel like this explains a lot of the mass migration that always gets labeled as deliberate white genocide. There isn’t some grand conspiracy to erase the European race, greedy megacorps just realized that poor people are willing to work for less compared to wealthier people. Always follow the money.
