Can we start a gofundme page for exporting this Andes Hantavirus from Argentina to India? We can even double down and import the strain of Hanta that only spreads via rat turds. Combined with the fertilizer storage and the fact they ended all international flights out of India I think this is a good time to strike.

  • The jeet getting up on the right appears to bend the structure upwards with his body, while the pole running vertically shortens without any clear buckling.
  • The truck wheels don't seem to be turning.
  • The arrangement of jeets on the platform doesn't make sense. Some jeets are staggered at weird heights, some of the platforms are too close to the roof, and the entire structure is too surreal.
  • None of the fallen jeets scramble away from the scene realistically.

It would suck if reincarnation were real. Especially from human to the animal. Rat temples are what can result from a belief in reincarnation. Although at least in Hindu and related religions, it's something to escape from. So-called New Agers in the West may think that reincarnation is "a good thing" to "learn life's lessons", or some such woo.

They obviously know India is a pile of shit, otherwise they wouldn't be so eager and desperate to leave it, They don't want us making fun of India, because despite everything pointing to the contrary they fancy themselves above us all and are pissed off when we have the gall to mock them.
 
Indian food and jazz are good things but I'm a disciple of Ayn Rand so all of India must go into the sea and then come right back up

Neutron bombs would probably be the best way to rid the world of the Turd Locust problem. The biggest issues would be waiting a few months before humans occupy the Subcontinent to ensure all radiation levels have decayed to safe levels, and then the clean-up efforts to clear the land of over 1.5 billion corpses. Then it would just be a matter of repairing anything worth keeping from the bombs detonating (Neutron bombs do still have an explosion and cause some destruction from blast, just nowhere near as much as a thermonuclear weapon), tearing down all the shacks, shanties, hovels, and Jugaad-rigged structures unfit for real humans to use, cleaning up all the trash and pollution, and then getting to work building proper homes and buildings. We're talking a LOT of work to get that shithole rehabilitated to where it is properly fit for human inhabitants. Probably one generation at LEAST. And then there is the question of whether it's even worth it for humans to even inhabite the Subcontinent, or if it should only be used for resource extraction only with no one actually living there on a permanent basis, because who knows if it's even possible for the smell to eventually go away, and who knows if the land can even be fully rehabilitated and recover from all the pollution.

The older I get the more I appreciate foods not having a large amount of spice, though I still appreciate some spicy or flavorful food.

I think of Japanese food, in that when one gets nigiri sushi, it's just the fish, the rice, and the tiny amount of wasabi that is added.

There you savor the freshness and flavorful of the fish. Moving to American food, it's the flavorfulness of a steak.

Just like with spicy mayo sauce can be used to covered up fish that is about to go bad, I think A1 is to coverup for poorly prepared meat.

Looping back, I get this feeling that all the spices both present in Indian and Black cooking were their to mask less than quality ingredients.

I have no idea why people say this. Well, I partially do because it's often angl*ids. I've tried jeetslop multiple times. One was at an award winning local place a jeetslop loving executive from the big city who raved about it took us to for company lunch once. It's overspiced meat in heavy sauce. I didn't even just get butter chicken. Twice was a lamb dish and twice were chicken dishes. Garlic bread blows garlic naan out of the water. It was all mediocre at best. The best was on the same level as my least favorite Thai or Japanese curries. Jeetslop has the added bonus of looking like something one of my dogs threw up.

People who love jeetslop have no taste.

That's exactly what it is. It's been discussed quite a bit earlier on in this thread but it's why most Indian food involves throwing a random amount of whatever meat you have into a pot with a random amount of whatever spices you have and then ladelling a random amount of it onto a bunch of rice. The spices are to hide the fact that the meat is rotten.

It's quite sad because agriculturally, India is a land of plenty, but the people there are so culturally hell-bent on worshipping faeces that it all goes to waste. It's a beautiful country with incredibly diverse flora and fauna but the people insist on it being a shithole and angrily resisting any suggestion that it shouldn't be a shithole.

People who say this usually eat jeetslop that has been made edible by fusing it with local cuisine which usually entails adding bare basic ingredients into it such as meat or veggies into the spiceslop to make it both tastier and healthier. Real jeetslop is just a glorified laxative that's like 90% carbs and 10% oils and sugar.

That's it exactly, yes. That's what spices were used for throughout the majority of mankind's history in all cultures. It is only recently with the invention of refrigeration allowing us to keep ingredients like meats and vegetables fresh for extended periods that spices began to be used more judiciously for particular flavors.

Also, basic ingredients were more flavorful in the past. While industrialized agriculture has varieties and methods that take away some of the flavor of a lot of what we eat. Those things are still good in as much as I appreciate always having easy access to budget friendly staples but people didn't need to use sauces and spices to add flavor back into basic ingredients in the past like they do today. You can still find the good stuff of course but it's going to be more expensive. If you've ever tried a fancy recipe that focused on the taste of the ingredients themselves and it came out shit it's likely because you're not using ingredients that are as quality as they did.

A lot of things are over spiced, over salted, and over sauced these days because of that.

Here's the scenario that seems to replay endlessly in my workplace:

Jeet technician has been in the same role for 10 years and barely knows anything, retarded and lazy, tries to pass all work off to to other people but struts around the shop like he's the boss

New hire technician is actually smart and quickly overtakes the jeet in knowledge and skill in like 5 months

The Jeet will then seemingly dedicate his whole life to fucking with the new hire as much as physically possible and wasting his time, arguing about anything even if he's wrong, etc. These guys would sink the entire section of the shop for +15 Izzat saar. They get jealous if anyone gets more responsibility than them but when they are actually assigned responsibility they don't want to fucking work, they just like the idea of being tasked with something so they can assert Izzat and pass it on to someone else

Heh came to lament about something similar. My team (software engineering) recently got a Jeet shoved onto it due to some organization issues preventing him being elsewhere. Said Jeet has been around 10+ years and is supposedly a senior dev, but cannot code worth a damn, cannot debug worth a damn, cannot answer any question, and loves (as everyone knows) meetings to discuss stuff because time wasting is izzat maxxing.

This Jeet wants to be involved with everything and get responsibility, but makes every effort to have others actually do the work. While the rest of my team usually can circumvent the nonsense to still get stuff out on time, today he fucked up badly by refusing to do certain tasks because, in his words "security too complex saar, security prevent me doing this work saar, remove security or I don't work saar." To avoid too much powerlevelling this is at a Fortune 500 company where multiple state-level actors have been caught trying to sneak in through the hiring pipeline and airtight security is a nonstarter.

In this specific case said Jeet is likely to get relegated to a make-work role (or at best fired outright), but every time you think you've found the limit of what such elite human capital is like they prove you wrong yet again.
 
For all my Ohio Kiwis, just vote for the Democrat. She really can't do anything because the state houses, both of them are Republican controlled. So yeah, just vote for the Democrat. This is one time that I would actually agree with the idiots. And vote for the Democrat just 'cause I hate Vivek that much.

Not necessarily if you're talking the regions where these spices were originally grown. They would've been plentiful. It was the fact spices had to be transported great distances that made them expensive for many people in, say, Europe to get hold of.

Though again, a lot of cultures prize meat not needing much adulteration.
