Just remember, this guy almost got it but was so stupid he couldn't even try faking it, and that was a $178,000/yr job that a White Man could have had. And that was after his shitgolem countrymen crushed the fucking wages down to $178k by lying their way in. And it was only cause the woman knew what to watch out for (although it was obvious) -- if they had already taken over recruiting or HR, they would have let him get away with it. And eventually these smelly goblins are going to learn how to fucking cry racism and sexism and try and use our empathy against us. "You discriminated against me by refusing to let me scam you."
HR should have never called this guy for a first interview, much less for a second one, and you know what prevents people from cheating using AI? Doing the interview in person rather than on zoom, but HR is so lazy that they do zoom interviews beacuse it's easier, and also because if they don't like the candidate they can end the interview much more easily and quickly, while this is more efficient when it comes to time it's not something that leads to getting better candidates.
This is a tacit display of why HR is at fault for big companies being filled with Indians:
- HR uses AI filtering because they are too lazy to read resumes, this allows for jeets to pass the filter more easily because they lie and apply to 10.000 positions.
- HR is stupid and doesn't know how to tell if something in a resume is a lie or not because they are hiring people for positions they don't understand.
- HR is lazy and does zoom interviews instead of in person interviews, this allow for cheating using AI.
