For them, the Western court system is simulating the pre-physical stage of dispute resolution, where both sides are simply trying to scam the other. You damage someone's property, well they know someone to turn that into a payday and you know someone that can do it for nothing, and both couldn't be further from the real cost. If neither side budges, then you get the tribe to come sort it out with sticks.

So they end up in court and think this is a weak country which is basically letting them get away with just the lying scam side of dispute resolution, not realizing the court actually serves the purpose of making aggrieved parties whole, not supporting scams.

Honestly, they're fucking lucky they get to sit at home and get a judgement against them, we've seen how skinny-fat these people are. If Western countries operated like India, I'd see endless beat-up content. NOOOOOO SAAR DO NOT REDEEM THE BASHING SAAR IT WAS MINOR DING SAAR MY COUSIN CAN FIX YOUR HOME SAAR

He seemed to be suggesting that because the damage is cosmetic she should just not give a shit and drive the dented up car without repairs.

When it was only the best and brightest of the best and brightest coming over, "model minority" was the perfectly reasonable view to have. The slow, inexorable culmination of outsourcing every customer service operation to fucking Bangalore while insourcing cheap Indian labor from everything from tech workers to truck drivers to fucking fast food managers brought more and more people into contact of the reality of what the average resident of the subcontinent is actually like. Add in that this was having real negative economic effect on people in the middle of hard times and the pot started to boil. I think with Elon chimping out over demanding even more cheap labor finally made it boil over, and as Elon was already seen as a negative figure that was socially acceptable for people to go after, it was very easy to start going after the "elite human capital" he loved so much.

Basically this, too many too quickly combined with bringing in the absolute worst of the worst GDP rocket fuel.

Most people wouldn't care if you brought in 200,000 (genuine) foreign doctors over ten years but when you bring in that same number every few months of almost exclusively backwards village idiots types it causes chaos.

The Apu controversy occurred the same time that the US, UK, Australia, Canada and New Zealand collectively decided that it was their burden to bring the Raj within their borders, so it was inevitable to get model minority-deport everyone now whiplash.

What you saw in the video is what actually works in India and lets you get out of the case. There are countless examples like this, where jeets think for real and true that they can just go to an American court and shit it up with spoken brown walls of text and think it will work, because it actually does in jeetland. That's how bad the court system is in India. The guys that caused a nuclear disaster only got like 5 years in jail. That's how bad you have to fuck up for anything to happen. In India there is no sanctity for life or property and that's reflected when they come over here. India's constitution is a joke. All of this is why India is such a hotbed for scams.

As whites we need to get our heads out of our asses and stop letting them shit everything up, especially the court system since that's the last thing that keeps us a first world country. Wasting a judge's time like this when you have absolutely fuck all in terms of even a shred of evidence on your side, should result in a massive fine.
