In Tier-1 cities and big private companies 99% people will not judge you based on cast but where you are from North or South. Tier-2,3 and in government jobs cast based groups are more prevalent because goverment exams has reservations for different backward casts (SC,ST,OBC).

As I've said before, if you think "but jeets will just use a VPN tho", you don't understand how retarded and poor the average jeet is. VPN is nothing for white people in terms of cost and setting it up. If you Indian and you make $200 a month, $10 a month is like, not fucking eating for a few days. So paying for a VPN as a jeet is a big deal.

Your average jeet is much much much too retarded to follow a guide or set up a VPN and too busy having their laptop stolen so they will have to set it up again. Showing country is an exceptionally valid way to filter jeets. Again, the mistake a lot of white people make is they think jeets are "just like us except they just happen to be brown". No, lol.

Also, this will give rise to more American based VPNs. There are no American VPNs because the entire point of a VPN is it exists in another country that can't be ordered by the federal government of the USA to divulge things. Nobody wants to vpn "to" America, except shitty third worlders who are getting filtered on websites like this. So that will put us in a position of power where American VPNs can charge out the ass for it and then just secretly divulge their IP blocks so that other websites can ban them, which means we siphon money back out of India and they get nothing.
