A very interesting example of what happens when a jeet attempts to jugaad his way through the US legal system. Spoiler alert, it does not end well for him. There's a reason why you see endless Indian doctors and programers in America, but very few Indian lawyers, relatively speaking. Sure, you can shuck and jive and lie your way to a not guilty verdict in front of a jury, and many a defense attorney has made millions doing so, but when it comes to actual legal argument before a judge or an appellate panel it isn't really possible to just out and out cheat. You either complied with the rules, or you didn't. Your brief either raises an issue, or it doesn't. Your arguments are either supported by on-point, competent authority, or they aren't. What you say happened either is in the transcript, or it isn't. You can't lie to an appellate court, because all they have to do is look at the case you're citing, or look at the transcript, and they can instantly see that you're full of shit. And they absolutely will call you on it. Plus, normally, you have an adverse attorney who is slobbering and chomping at the bit to own your ass by pointing out that you're lying. This is kind of a weird proceeding where opposing counsel didn't get an opportunity to go for the jugular because this was the court's sua sponte motion for sanctions.

To be clear: in no way am I implying that the system is perfect. Far from it. Judicial bias is rampant, and these courts regularly make illogical, politically, or personally motivated decisions rather than follow what the law actually says. But the structure of the system makes it virtually impossible to fake your way through it as someone who is fundamentally incompetent. And you can see that first hand in this video.

Department of Homeland Security is asking for public comments about H-1B, specifically about adjusting the threshold for which it takes in applicants (the most milquetoast way to address that 70% of H-1Bs come from diploma farms in India, jugaad at work). I read through at 100 comments left, and they fit into 3 categories:
1.) Cookie cutter comment made by a poojeet
2.) Comment by an actual person, but they're a retard (primarily saw them from "immigration attorneys")
3.) Comment by an actual non-retarded person

It's good that you qualified that because Russel Greer does exist. The Virgin Jeet pretends to be an actual lawyer and gets pimpslapped because he represented that he should know better while the Chad Greer refuses to know better while repeatedly attesting to this in filings and gets the tard shield.

I remember watching this movie in school. The director, Ulrik Imtiaz Rolfsen, is a half-Norwegian half-Pakistani. He told a story about how he got a phone call while he was working on another movie. The caller informed him that his Pakistani relatives in Norway were planning to murder a relative in Pakistan, because she had fallen in love with a guy who was from a lower caste. They managed to put a stop to it that time, but many others have been killed. Ulrik also says that Pakistanis don't even know that Norwegians look down on their dogshit culture and attitudes because they are so effectively self-isolated from the natives. Just great.

That made me think about the concept of honor, which is what they call it. That always felt so inappropriate. People here don't usually think about things in terms of honor and dishonor, sure, but the concept of honor still exists, and what these pakis do does not fit it. There is hardly anything more low and dishonorable to a Norwegian (or any westerner) than murdering your daughter because she won't do as she's told.

Turns out it was izzat all along. Journos and muslim pajeets were blaming poor honor for the crimes of izzat. This has been enlightening.

I attached my real name to it, the question of whether or not we're an actual nation or an economic zone with interchangable parts is absolutely worth attaching your name to.

OK, so I've been seeing plenty of posts in the thread talking about concentration camps and deportations. But really, where is the fun in that? My idea is MUCH more fun.

So, we all know Indians aren't actually human beings. Yes, they are humanoid and can speak human languages, but not actually human. So the first step will be to pressure the government into legally recognizing that fact and categorizing Indians as animals.

Now that the poop locusts are legally animals and have lost the legal protections human beings enjoy, a second law will be drafted to place them under the classification of "varmints/pest animals" like gophers, prairie dogs, coyotes, feral hogs, etc.

Now...here's where the FUN comes in! (Some of you may already see where I'm going with this.) Now that Pajeets are legally classified as varmins/pest animals, they are legal to hunt with any weapon. You don't need a license like with bear, deer, elk, moose, etc., there is no hunting season for them so you can hunt them year round, and there is no bag limit so you can hunt as many as you want.

We can even make it profitable for enterprising Americans by introducing a bounty system like some states have for coyotes and feral hogs. In some states they will pay a bounty for proof of the culling of pest animals that can harm crops or livestock. For example, some states will pay a hunter when he presents them with an ear from a culled coyote. We can do the same with feces golems. Say, $500-$1000 for proof of each Pajeet culled. It could be a great side-gig for your days off, and dedicated Americans could make a career out of it.

So, what do you fellers think?

I'm genuinely convinced all of India is just a human bot network. You tell them something and they'll brainlessly go swarm it without a second thought. Either it's some WhatsApp group sharing it like someone mentioned earlier or they just look at the top comment and copy and paste it
