Companies resort on H1-B for reduced costs, but the US is already one of the least work-taxation countries in the world, even when you average out all states. Its corporate greed pure and simple.

No, it's racism pure and simple. Companies with Indian managers do not hire H-1Bs to save money, they hire them because they're members of the same group. Indian-infested companies will hire 100 H-1Bs to do the job of one American so it doesn't matter if they're paid less (which they're often not as management's goal is to give as much of the company's money to Indians as possible) since there's so many of them.

The corporate greed explanation hasn't been true since the early 2000s, before companies were fully infiltrated.
