The Western Lib thinks that the third world is the way it is due to either poor funding (lol) or Western thievery (lol). They cannot comprehend the cultural rot that grips these places.
Years ago, in my teens, I went to a "retreat" down in India. Despite being a higher class establishment I still got food poisoning. My fragile white stomach couldn't handle the food prepared by greasy dalit hands, it seems.
If you're a white tourist (or God forbid a white woman) in India you will be harassed endlessly. It's a constant game of scheming, doubling down, and one upmanship. They see you as valuable targets to increase their Izzat, The universal experience is every taxi driver overcharging you, street trash hawkers dangling useless marked up trash in your face, etc. Loud, rude and inconsiderate in ways you can't begin to imagine. I distinctly remember seeing a newspaper set on the bedside table, opening it, and a few pages in noticing that there were not one, but THREE separate stories about child gangrape. They were barely footnotes in the paper, the headline was about a famous(?) local politician who was speaking there that week (bald & bankrupt has an India travel video where he, ver batim, experiences the same thing). Despite what libtard platitudes may say, traveling did not make me less racist.
Western civilization is a weird anomaly in the world. This may sound strange, but it is. Our societies are (or were) high trust precisely because we cast aside those tribal clan feuds and exalted honesty above all else. The only other non-Western countries that view dishonesty as highly dishonerable are Japan and Korea. Apart from that, though, 'honor' means not losing face everywhere else, which leads to social disintegration. You can't build a society if you are in a constant social game with everyone else. Like India, you degenerate into a scamming, feces corpse river worshiping hellhole because doubling down is the only permissable social mode to have. Admitting wrongdoing is literally impossible. If you can't admit wrongdoing, then you can't right your wrongs, and so it decays.
Letting people from this culture into Western corporations via the scam named H1B is like injecting yourself with cancer cells on purpose. I would much rather have 1 million illegal Mexicans than a single H1B Indian tech guy for this exact reason alone.
And bear in mind, there are 1.4 BILLION OF THEM.
