I can tell you for sure this is legit, I used to work at a big dipshit corporation and every single corp that's big enough has their own designated corrupt Indian foreign ambassador office that does nothing except try to take money under the table or somehow game the system by getting other jeets in. I had to go to a company meeting where they said it was for some official new project we were taking on and once they made sure there were no white higher ups in the room it literally turned into 3 hours of bleating about H1B renewals. HR allows this and the department never goes away because HR thinks they are winning leftard social credit points to the max and it boosts their twitter account or some shit.

AFAIK the wage floor is still at 60k until the American Tech Workforce Act passes, which will change the wage floor to 150k

Also keep in mind that H1B is a limited time visa. If you don't secure PERM or something else by the time your six year period is up, you're out of options. The only way to get more H1B time is to leave the country for a year and then apply for a new H1B.

PERM is de facto shut down due to a combination of publicized postings and increased scrutiny. The B visa switcharoo (which used to be a cheeky way to extend your H1B time) is closed down. Other visa classes are being gutted by the new, "fuck off we're full" directives inside USCIS.

Even the jeets that don't have anything to worry about now are on borrowed time. Eventually they'll all have to go back.

Do not take the blackpill.

Haha no, they know EXACTLY what is going on and why they are hated. They're just playing dumb in the hopes they get hired by a white company.

I wrote a post about this 30 pages back or so. Jeets think when they post this, they will get noticed by a white company and get hired. Which is funnier now still that they aren't going to get an H1B now.

They know if they complain about everything they can pull the brown card and last another 2 weeks at a company, which is like another year vacation of living expenses for them when they get sent back to India. Making posts like this is them pretending they already got hired and being offended in advance. They're that obsessed with coming here.

There is no need for the blackpill frens.

The H1-B standard duration is 3 years, and extensions have been made nigh on impossible now. These people will then have to reapply for a new H1-B, and then that 100,000 will be eaten somewhere.

Corporations don't have a lot of liquid assets, as people think. The offshoring tax will be the cous de gras in all of this, and that is fine.
