This will 100% be hit with an injunction of some kind in the courts on Monday. SCOTUS just limited the ability of Judges to do that so a single Hawaiian judge can no longer impose a national injunction by himself. It will require a confluence of judges in each jurisdiction to create a de facto national injunction.

Furthermore, this is not really super contestable in the court as the White House has plenary (near absolute) powers over immigration and is also the Chief Executive of the USCIS agency, as he is with all federal agencies.

Even the biggest Indian cocksuckers in Congress have a hard time defending this kind of thing too. It worked best when people just didn't really notice it was going on. We are far past that now as that is what this thread is all about.

Stories about this kind of "international marriage" have been written about on forums and even newsgroups for decades.
And save for a few exceptions the stories are very similar: With the men they're either bled slowly over years for the benefit of her family under the guise of various "emergencies" until he can no longer provide and then cast aside. Or the new wife will play nice until her immigration status is secure and then she proceeds to a quick seperation and divorce after which she moves in with a friend/cousin/uncle from the old country (who was her actual husband all along).

The women's stories are also eerily similar, usually involving a guy some shade of brown lovebombing the womea and going all-in on the airport romance novel stuff (not the "I got enslaved, knotted and bred by a hot billionaire vampire-werewolf" kind). They keep up this facade for a while, usually until marriage. And thats when The Change™ happens every everytime. No corny romantic shit anymore, it's work and household chores and he starts policing her social contacts. And this gets exponentially worse if she followed him to the old country and moved in with the inlaws because she is now an isolated stranger and has the social standing of a dog turd in these country. And because male-female social contact is heavily regulated, it's his female relatives who'll abuse her.
This is usually the part where clandestinely wired money for plane tickets and calls to the embassy come in.

Now add the Indian pornbrain and propensity for sexual perversion to this and this girl will have a very rude awakening in her marriage.

I thought this was going to be cucky and only for new H1Bs but they were based and made sure to make it for all existing ones. With ICE actually working, I'm foreseeing some fun weekends of driving cross country and coming up with a list of jeets to hand to the ICE tip line.

Imagine being able to actually get your remote job done if the jeets are physically in the USA, and how hard HR karens are going to flip when they can't get their ass kissed anymore for cheap and have to, gasp, actually admit white people run the company and actually work with them. This will have a positive fractal effect where it will quickly show that all the libturds that don't do anything except hire shitty Indians to create a brown buffer zone between them and ownership, it will become apparent what they are doing very quickly as well.

Now just ban traffic to and from India to job board websites and you'll have a complete package.
 
Jeets in the US who recognize the issue will just stay regardless. Many are very confident and have purchased homes and such despite being on H1B.

But employers will not be able to continue employing them because this is the kind of thing that comes up in audits. It correctly attacks the employer for it. Jeets who just overstay anyway and refuse to return will not be able to pursue white collar employment and will likely try to setup their own businesses. At least as much as they can get away with.
