I have a burning question right now, Why do Indians basically decided to suddenly flood the entire world?, are they rushing to compete against africans and saracens in their grand plot to overthrow da white man?, because all they are ending up doing is becoming a mediocre version of Jews
Because the powers that be only saw that Indians were cheaper.

Ignorant question I'm sure I could Google in 5 seconds. Are Sikhs allowed to have their little daggers in jail/prison? Common sense that would be ridiculously stupid but we live in a ridiculously stupid world.

They didn't decide to do it, corporations saw them as the ultimate wagie, at least until they find a way to replace them with AI, so they all lobby with politicians to exploit things like H1B's.

It's the ultimate globohomo dream citizen, the only thing that has backfired on them is that they are so disgusting that the world is actively reversing to levels of racism not seen since the Middle Ages.

No. I'm absolutely not speaking about negligence. Negligence is not recklessness. Do not equate the two.
Manslaughter is when you take a new medication which has a rare side effect of causing seizures, and then you accidentally kill someone while driving.
Killing someone while driving impaired is one example of manslaughter, but it's not the only type. All that it needs is for you to have been acting without regard for other people's safety.

If I'm firing my gun in the air on New Year's Eve and someone gets killed by a stray bullet, I've committed manslaughter. I didn't intend on killing anyone, but someone died because of my choices.

Murder requires malice. It's be murder if he did an illegal u-turn explicitly to kill people (you are referring to the Florida incident, right?).

Manslaughter is a less heinous charge than murder, but only slightly. You'll usually get decades instead of a life sentence or the chair.

I hope the ganges river gets even more polluted tbh because indians deserve it.
It physically can't get any more polluted, unless you make it radioactive. Its a body of water that can't sustain any aquatic life due to the lack of oxygen, its pitch black, nothing can grow in the water. Plus the sewage, corpses and everything else dumped into it. Short of being radioactive it cannot get worse.

I just hope Gov Ron de Santis responds with contempt to this pajeetery, perhaps by just ignoring it. Apart from the victims, more normies have surely seen pajeetery in plain form.

I'd say 💩 poop river is fairly radioactive too.

The denigrate the dead because they care so little for life. They only care about shitting everything up and acting like they’re innocent. Truly the worst people to ever exist.
They were pedos! they were drunk! As a matter of fact... maybe it was the victims who were at fault saarbishhhh. I am legitimately mati over this shit. I've spent my day this morning redpilling the office over this event.

Neoliberals didn’t understand the point, all these white collar corpo jobs were designed to offer Whites a stake in the system so they would go along with their destruction.

Combination of:

1. There happened to be a billion of them just at the right time
2. Internet took off and the jeets saw how unbelievably better life is in white countries
3. Shitty politicians doing a new trick of, looking to import mass brown people from anywhere they can to buy blue votes
4. Things getting so unbelievably shitty in India from overpopulation that it's easier for them to escape than to fix anything there
5. Indian mentality of "taking the easiest way out even if it grossly fucks everyone else over" and considering that a completely valid choice

A liberal friend of mine who voted for Harris has to deal with jeet scammers and thieves calling his office. He has taken to using Google Translate to call them every vulgar word in the book in Hindi.

And his coworkers think it's funny. I envy him.

It's quite telling that anti-Indian racism isn't getting a lot of vocal pushback.

Everything cheap ends up with a heavy cost i guess
corporations saw them as the ultimate wagie,
I don't know why the US simply kept their rotating population of hispanics, at least those are content with low wages and cheap food

Latin letters are simple, separate, and easily discernible.

Meanwhile, the various writing systems in use in India look like nigh indistinguishable squiggles jammed together with horizontal bar.

You're not accurately parsing out the levels of risk. Shooting a gun into the air is different from shooting a gun into a crowd of people. One is negligent, the other is reckless (at best). What makes them different is that a person knows shooting a gun into a crowd of people poses an extreme amount of risk, and by doing it the shooter has disregarded that huge risk which he knew existed.
Murder requires malice. It's be murder if he did an illegal u-turn explicitly to kill people (you are referring to the Florida incident, right?).
Malice encompasses more than just intending to maliciously kill someone. It includes killing someone in a premeditated fashion, killing someone after intending to cause grievous bodily harm, killing someone in a manner that evinces a depraved mind (extreme recklessness or indifference to substantial risk to human life), and killing someone in the commission of dangerous felonies.

If you change lanes without signaling and kill someone as a result of a crash, that's different than doing an illegal u-turn across an entire highway in a big rig. The difference is the degree of risk associated with each action, the consciousness of that risk, and the knowing disregard of that risk. Admittedly, Florida courts have opined on the difficulty of dividing negligent behavior into degrees—the difference between negligence, gross negligence, and recklessness. But conceptually, this is basic Florida criminal law. I don't know how else to explain it to you.

If you think doing an illegal u-turn across a highway in a tractor trailer is negligent but not reckless, then I never want to be on the road with you. Because what that means is that you don't think that action is inherently extremely risky—far more risky than shooting a gun into the air.

Because they kept siding with the hwyte man and voting for Trump and that was unacceptable for them.
Even among other Asians who are on average more left-wing, jeets in America are an outlier when it comes to supporting libshittery and are the most anti-free speech and anti-gun demographic in the US by a country mile.

When did I say it wasn't reckless? It absolutely was. It can be both. Negligent and reckless are not mutually exclusive.
