Say you're at a carnival that does the old shoot an apple off someone's head performance. There's some inherent danger here, the marksman can have a muscle spasm, something can be fucked with the bow, or just a momentary lapse in thought at the worst possible second. An accident can happen, and in some cases the archer can still be liable, but it's understandable

But if you go up to the carnival owner, and you never shot a bow in your life, and you say 'yes yes sir am great archer 15 years experience' and you try your best to aim the bow but you hit the guy anyway, you are a murderer, and the carnival owner is murderously negligent

If you watch this video, it is very fucking clear that this man did not know how to drive to the point where it is immoral for him to be on any road in any type of vehicle and for anyone to have given him his license

It's likely these retarded jeets, with the way Indian roads are, consider this a genuine accident anyone can have and not a psychotic act of negligence that killed a family. In India, human life is worthless. Dead bodies litter the streets. It's not remotely serious in their minds. There's a reason that, until very recently, they had so many children. They just go in with the assumption that at least a couple of them will die. I think we've all seen that clip of dogs eating a baby in India. That's just life to them.

One more reason they are not compatible with any civilized country. The above is ignoring the fact that many of them hold genuine contempt for white westerners, making it even less of a crime in their eyes.

What he is saying is that the Jeet is a retard and you could jail him for 600 years and he would die thinking he did nothing wrong. That kind of sentencing only works for people capable of introspection.

The sentence should go to the soulless retard who gave him his license. If a rabid dog kills someone you put down the dog (death or deportation) and jail the owner. In this case they are just putting the dog in jail and letting the owner get away without any consequences.
