Of course what actually happens is the people who haven't had their role offshored (yet) have to pick up three times the work to compensate. So many people complaining about UE5 ruining gaming. The answer is staring people in the face and they refuse to recognize it. The reason everyone is switching to UE5 is so they can hire the extremely cheap indian men who go "I KNOW UNREAL SAAR I MAKE GAME FOR YOU SAAR" and then produce an unoptimized, clunky mess that actual game devs have to fix but don't have the time or budget to do so.
Ragesh "principle developer in the unreals" watched some LinkedIn Learning courses (skipping right to the end and cheating/jeeting the end of course quiz to get the certificates). Ryan in America, who has actually worked on professional projects in Unreal, then has to work his lunch break redoing what Ragesh took a month to do (poorly).
