Definitely an interesting point to bring up. Ethnic-oriented housing preference has already been somewhat of a discussion point but inversely it's Vancouver Orientals, and GTA/Brampton Indians only renting to their own kin/caste. Canada has a colossal parasitic rentier class so housing is a topic that will inevitably grow in discourse as time progresses and affordability/QOL worsens.

With regards to Canada, however, I think it'll have to genuinely reach Critical Jeet Mass to facilitate the creation of semi (or fully) secured suburbs for any hypothetical coalition. Families will likely begin to see biohazardous properties worse than actual crack dens housing 20+ jeet ""international students" spontaneously appear in their community with the added benefit of rising inter-ethnic clashes. This isn't even getting into other glaring indicators of societal cohesion eroding like the rapid rise of vehicle related crime; so I give it around a decade. At some point I could easily see an unprecedented level of flight from the Jeet-infested cities into less compromised counties in deep rural Canada (if there are any left), and ideally disenfranchised Zoomers/Millenials/Gen X could form some HOA-analogous coalitions.

Indians are like the Chinese in that they think they are better if they are from a country where they invented something, except at least for China they have a few big inventions - India has fucking nothing. That being said, something I've observed is that Indians are the only group of people who like brag to everybody about what happened a thousand years ago. Egyptians are proud of their country's history but unlike Indians, they usually keep to themselves and don't bring it up in EVERY FREAKIN CONVERSATION. Greeks usually only do it when they're having online squabbles with turks. China at least has something to back it up with since they're a rising power.
