Around these parts HR is almost always a white or white passing Latina female. Is it the same in your industry?

I don't see many Latinas in HR in tech it's always a white karen (who should ironically hate jeets because karens are famous for being short tempered, no? But they love their asses getting kissed by browns), if not it's a pink/blue haired libtard.

They don't, HR is fucking useless in and out of tech. The reason why they THINK they need to though is because they disrespect their own software product because "lol all that stuff is invisible and for losers anyway". Software companies have a penchant for quick growth and being in a position where someone who runs the company has no idea what software is. So the truth is, they are scared as fuck of their own technology. It's like how your normal person thinks that sticking your hands whatsoever in the engine bay of a car that has been off for days instantly means you will get shocked and die. Software Business owners, despite being the ones in charge, tend to actually have no idea what the fuck their product even is. So they in turn hire a bunch of stooges in HR that think they are controlling everything by cucking it. Which, doesn't work.

HR is obsessed with jeets because jeets kiss HRs ass. They will do it for $2 an hour. HR doesn't hire jeets because they are under pressure to reach some goal with an impossibly small budget. HR hires jeets because they are gambling with the company's money just so they can feel important. That's why the HR-jeet relationship is so fucking toxic. Once you get an HRtard karen who realizes that instead of hiring another actual programmer to get all that "scary evil shit" done, they can hire 50 jeets that will kiss their ass full time, you have passed the singularity - the HRtard will try to turn the company into full jeets, it will go tits up or ownership comes in to fix everything, but no matter what happens the HRtard will go to the next job and do the jeetpill thing there. They will do it forever after that.

Not exactly in tech but over the last few years I've watched a local company build up, from a 4 man crew working on hyper-localized tiny projects, to a bigger company working on international projects. The amount of job applications they receive requires a full time employee to parse, on top of the rest of the other HR duties.

HR usually starts as someone doing random odd jobs in the company that nobody else wants to do which is perfectly acceptable and fine but also the problem as I've mentioned before is the raw amount of job applications they get, is also due to jeets. You will literally consistently get 10,000 shitty jeet and jeet recruiter resumes within seconds of the job being posted. I'm serious about this - call my bluff, call any small business in your town and just ask for fun, tell them you're having the same problem and want to know if anyone else is because it's driving you crazy. They will spill the beans.

Normally a company only needs a basic HR department to handle their duties such as employment requests, interviews, internal workplace disputes and what have you, unfortunately it has become common practice to also intermingle a lot of feelgood 'woo' bullshit within their duties and as such nearly all HR departments are overstaffed by blithering mongoloids.

Another reason why HR would do this shit is because it's a way to self-validate their worthless existence up to management and make it seem like they are the glue holding everything together. There is no law, requirement, regulation etc that says, oh no we need a team building day. You are correct, we need to get our heads out of our asses and get fucking real about what they're doing. It would be a massive political battle for the USA to try to work with India and basically get extradition for courts or something where you can try to sue tech scammers. But all we have to do is range ban India and all inbound phone calls from there. You could do it overnight. Old people are stupid and it they don't listen and it's too late for them to learn new things. I've worked with old people who got tech scammed and they said they actually liked it because the indian guy kissed their ass and it was the only social contact they'd had in many years. So we have to think ahead and understand there is literally no benefit for us to not block India at this point. Because tech people are weird and creepy towards women. They want to hire women and minorities so they need HR to make sure autists don’t do or say anything illegal. Look at Blizzard/Activision: they’re apparently fucking all the women and saying all sorts of messed up stuff. I think we solve this by getting rid of the discrimination laws, but I highly doubt we’ll see a day where women and minorities generally arent working at prestigious places.

Someday, that’ll change. It seems clear that Europe and Canada are starting to notice what’s going on. The best solution at this point is to find a way to bring in our brothers and sisters overseas to the United States by limiting the program to natural born citizens but allowing those with no criminal record to come to America easily.

Another problem is the marriage thing. Where you can apply for citizenship because you're marrying someone from the U.S. I don't think any country should do that. Almost all couples that aren't both from Anglo countries anyway have been a desperate hambeast or otherwise undesirable woman or man being used for citizenship. If you can't immigrate somewhere on your own merit then don't and they're almost all long distance relationships too for obvious reasons which just makes it so obvious they're jokes. There are way too many visa programs. If you aren't someone who can't immediately start working and at least not being a extra body for no reason you shouldn't immigrate anywhere. Like you said, anti-discrimination laws force companies to stuff themselves to the gills with actively detrimental employees, which is why they create fluff roles where harm is minimized.

You can't really afford to stop employing socially awkward autists though. That's something like half of all competent software devs and engineers. Current anti-discrimination laws and HR policies really do not allow people to be proactive. They think they're keeping such things from happening but they actually make it worse. Non religious people actually assimilate better, is another point. Maybe if they're Christian because that's what a lot of our cultural ideas, morals, and ethics are based on regardless of how mad that makes any resident Redditors. If they have some weirdo religion they'll feel a need to keep a group identity around they won't assimilate the same way someone else would. And assimilation should always be the goal if you're going to immigrate somewhere.
