The first "Welcome home " was when he played the GTA Remastere trilogy and he had over 1.000 viwers on the premiere stream (god how times have changed!) which promted him to say "Welcome home". I think he thought GTA Sanadreas / Vice city and GTa were synominous with his name. Proabably true but more because of the incredible TIHYDP that were spawned from his shitty gameplay ("I never failed the mission!")

Addendum to it's Tevin's fault: the most famous use of it was the Halloween stream with Khet dressed as what was called a steampunk racoon from the quarter inch of spackle she calls makeup applied to her eyes, long story short the plan was for her to stay the whole stream but bounced after like an hour after people were asking Phil what his favorite demonic possession movie was.
Wealthy Uncle: supposedly Phil has a very wealthy uncle that lives in California that is theorized was the person who was house sitting for him when they left for a week to visit his family.
Lesbian Aunt: the woman who was living in the OG kahndo but up and died and Phil blames her for letting it go to disrepair.
The receipt: a deep dive into the pre youtube days when a bunch of fgc faggots has a quote unquote radio program and had a female guest on and the topic of penis size came up and big dick Phil took it to the next level and did a whole performance of him dropping trou and measuring his dick with a Best Buy receipt.

a bit of a nitpick but he says this everytime he gets more viewers than usual for non-drama style khantent,
the first time i remember him saying it and being mocked for it was when he was playing GTA San Andreas Definitive Edition and got 1k viewers live.

You may want to add the quantities of Champions, I think it was "16.50$", and also the "50 bit bitch" thing.
You misspelled "tangy", maybe you can add his "meaningful" thing, "nudnick" which I believe he used more in the past.
Also "tophaters" (2 versions of website).
I don't know if you're doing phrases he has, like "I'm pressing buttons", "mouthdrooler", "Why am I toxic?", or his artificial pronunciation of the letter T like in "twiTTer".
Also, Telerence Carter (Tee), his friend that died (was killed).
KGhaleon actually left DSP before the Invision forum was discontinued.
You also have Vidar.

Rochelle and Nancy, I am not sure you want to add these.
People used to refer to his house as the Wakondo.
Phil "Burell" (not Burnell), a misstype argued to be done on purpose for privacy.
BURNELL PRODUCTIONS, the actual name of his business where he is/was the sole proprietor (I'm not checking right now).

Just things that come to mind, there has to be enough to max your OP's character limit if people dedicate time to this.

Half a million is an overstatement, he owed about $131k in credit card debt when he filed bankruptcy. The only way to get to $500k debt is if you include his mortgages, ignore the value of the collateral securing them, and ignore how he reaffirmed (keep the collateral and commit to continue paying) his Washington mortgage + car loan.

For newcomers - yes, Phil had two mortgages, one was on the Washington condo he bought in mid 2014 and the other was on a condo in Connecticut he bought in mid 2009. He was at least $40k underwater on the Connecticut condo when he moved to Washington and barely even tried to rent it out or sell it in the ~five years before he defaulted in anticipation of bankruptcy.

Now for my own additions:

Mean Streets of Connecticut: How Phil describes the state where he grew up. While the city he was born and raised (Bridgeport) is a shithole he lived a sheltered childhood, with most of his socialization happening online and the little in-personalization he did get happening with other middle-class kids at FGC tourneys. This became a small-time detractor meme, with trolls posting photos from wealthy Connecticut suburbs as examples of these 'mean streets'.

Shoryuken: A major, possibly the largest, FGC forum. Phil's behavior made him extremely unpopular on this site and ultimately got him banned. The site admins/owners were named the Cannon brothers, and Phil holds a grudge against them to this day.

Edward Snowden of the FGC: Phil's title for himself after he 'proved' Street Fighter V was terrible and the entire FGC was in a conspiracy to cover it up. Much of this 'proof' amounted to not playing like Street Fighter II and the online not working the way he wanted.

Mature Adult (with a Business Degree)/Serious Adult House: Phil refers to himself as a 'mature adult' and uses his business degree (it is unclear if he ever got a job that required it) as proof of it. He will even claim this, without a hint of irony, in faded gamer t-shirts and Zelda PJs. In the same vein, he will refer to his house as the 'Serious Adult House'.

Bunch of Gamer Shit: When Phil was SWATted in 2015, the camera/mic stayed on while the cops swept the condo and one of them can be clearly heard saying "it's just a bunch of gamer shit".

Snort Fort/WAKhando: Detractor slang for the suburban Seattle condo where he currently lives.

Although I don't think he ever trademarked Burnell Productions (that's just the business name listed in the WA state dept. revenue site), but he did the trademark for darksydephil and dspgaming.

In the WWEChampions section, the (initial) suspect's name was TheyCallMeDSP, not DSPGaming. Also, he had a total of 3 names, "TheGunShow84" being the 2nd one, before transitioning to DownFromTheRafters.

You can also add "valedictorian".

I haven't read everything, just a couple of observations on my part.
 
Rainy day fund: a classic Phil-ism that he believes is when someone squirrels away money for a day of bad weather when the reality is a set aside amount of money for a hardship.
