Gee it sounds like he really did want the money then, huh, if he'd choose to botch the opportunity on purpose just so he can use it as an excuse to attack Godwinson. And yet this is the Ralph who was later pushing the stance that money was more important than the fight itself. So which is it? The answer of course: Whatever best throws up a roadblock against anything happening.

i think he would take the money in a heartbeat, if it was escrowed. it doesn´t seem totally unreasonable to want that kind of safety, do you think?

the problem, to me, is that Godwinson and in extension PPP flat out refused an escrow and (imo) spun it like they wouldn´t want Rackets to escrow it, which is perfectly understandable, all things considered. the anti-semitic rant about it just left me like "wtf?". problem still being refusal to escrow at all imo. :)


i´ve added to my previous post, that i DO think the Gunt would use any and all excuses to get out the autistic mess he started himself. and Godwinson showed him the way out imo

how is not wanting someone they argued with holding the money so unreasonable? theres no reason an attorney guaranteed to be neutral couldnt have been found so why insist on someone more likely to be biased against them? also ppp didnt refuse escrow it was never his money he had no say in it

i dont find it unreasonable, IF they wanted a neutral escrow. sorry, if that came of as the opposite

the unreasonable part imo is having the money stuffed in a golden suitcase until the match. while a funny gimmick if arranged on match day, it kinda turns people off, hence why Dear Feeder immediately called his involvement off

I'll put a cap on my stretch of being autistic at you by just saying it'd be nice if this whole "sphere" (It doesn't seem appropriate to say community) hadn't stagnated and clumped together so much. We could have had a few vaguely unbiased channels pushing out videos detailing the events as they took place, and there'd be a lot less doubt about what the facts were. The events are fun to follow but the ambiguity can make it a slog.

Even if this is true, which is still likely, Tonka destroyed himself on that stream by constantly ducking and weaving. This time Ralph is the one ducking and weaving, while PPP is the one ready to fight in any old alley.

Even if the tonka/Andy situation had been reversed in that original stream Nick did, Nick would still have been the ultimate winner. I think Nick knows he made some bad calls on the original PPP/Dick stream, and is (unlike most in this sphere) capable of learning from this.

My guess is, If you put PPP and Ralph onto Nick’s stream right now, nick will remain as close to impartial as he can, drink his whisky, watch the $20s roll in, and send us a big old thumbs up as two hyperspeds go beserk.
 
If the Gunt is too afraid/greedy to fight, then maybe one of his jannies would be willing to do it for free, just like their sweeping?
This could be Shannon's chance to prove himself a man. Bonus points if he wears his lucha libre mask.

I dunno, I only caught part of it, and didn't watch the pillstream. I can't follow this stuff as closely during the week as I could during the weekend.
If Flamenco offered, then he should meet up with PPP so they can beat the shit out of each other. Fighting is allowed in hockey, so they could start the stream with them playing street hockey for a few minutes, and then just let things flow from there so that it doesn't break the law.

Why would Nick care about his license when he doesn't even practice law?

Also, why are you so autistic that:
A. You actually thought Ralph was going to go through with this.
B. Got involved.
C. Go out of your way to text Ralph and try to handfeed him a slamdunk, when if he had any actual intention of going through with this, he would be trying to get in contact with them himself,
D. Accept Ralph's exit strategy of Godwinson not giving the money, when he's already been promised like 2k from you? I'd accept less than that to go kick the shit out of someone I despised so much that I've spent the last 4 or 5 days busting bloodvessels over.

Motherfucker has been constantly adding conditions, trying to make it be in an increasingly over-the-top venue, wants exclusive rights, wants killstream to be the announces, and just goes on and on. Hell he wouldn't even take Streetbeefs when you offered.

So please don't try to push the "GODWINSON BACKED OUT" narrative without acknowledging the 57 ways that Ralph backed out.
