Lying is protected under the Constitution, unless it is TI with business prospects (ie Godwinson DMing NP2 users trying to tell them to pull out of usage, resulting in them actually stopping to use it. But dick doesnt profit from NP2 so damages arent even there ) then Godwinson is fine and this is all legal.
Godwinson hasn't messaged any NP2 users and if he has, this originally started because some tard said the video is a lawsuitable.

Wouldn't this technically fall on Zoom who is spreading the false information to begin with?

Yes. Lying is legal. Feel free to paypig rekieta and prove me wrong.
In general, yes. In some contexts like this one, I'm pretty sure no. It might not be clear that Godwinson was knowingly lying, was obviously being satirical, or had realistic concerns. In general the idea that you can sue someone for lying about your business in a clearly damaging way is grounds for damages. It's a moot point anyway since there would be no provable damages, and would never happen.

There are other contexts like defamation and using stolen valor for financial gain (?)

yes those other contexts are valid, I was really only touching on the stuff relevant to our issue. Im only a first year law student so take anything I say with a grain of salt and consult an actual lawyer if you have any real questions.

Ah, this explains why you came in through the Lawsplaining door instead of the It's Already Been Fun For Days door

That video is time stamped??? 54.40, Ralph literally says "I will fight PPP". He said it first, he laid down the gauntlet.
oh. i am retarded and just sat thru half of this for nothing.

edit: ok but i just listened to this and ralph said "get back to me when they put money on the table" or something like that. so.....
