I don't see the problem with someone asking Coleslaw what he thinks of Chris. He is a part of the Chris story whether he likes it or not.

I dunno about you, but if my sister became a lolcow, I would absolutely despise if people spammed my personal email and Twitter accounts (when I want to be a music therapist, so presumably both accounts would be primarily work-based) asking questions about her. To ask Coleslaw, multiple times, about his brother is nothing short of assholish and just because Coleslaw is an unlikeable person for other reasons does not make it okay. Sorry.

This. Don't get me wrong, Cole is an uncaring prick. However, you gotta treat him like Megan and Kellie. He didn't want to be know by a bunch of little assholes who only want to contact him to either get info on Chris or it up.
There's also the rudeness, Cole's a movie reviewer. If you were some reviewer online would you like getting dozens of emails or tweets asking about a half brother you barely know from the other side of the county?
Bottom line, Cole's no saint. IMHO he's more unlikable than Chris. But he didn't choose his brothers infamy, and we should leave him alone.

He's a small-fry movie reviewer. He's trying to make it. And if you search for him on Google the first result is an article to an entire site about his half-brother leaking e-mails he sent in the hopes to find out the identity of his father. I honestly don't blame him for the anger.

His failure is not in anyway connected to google search results linking him to his infamous retarded brother, without Chris he wouldn't even have those 20 views per video on youtube.

Exactly, we don't hate him because of his connection to Chris, we hate him because he's a 50 year old hipster-progressive asshole that thinks he's more famous than Egbert and treats everyone he interacts with like used toilet paper whether they ask him about Chris, or simply disagree with him on one of his reviews. When in reality he's a bald 50 year old with a low-medium wage income that with no tastes in anything that everyone generally shrugs off and ignores.

I was going to write a scathing reply concerning the hyperbole in your post being one of the many reasons Cole doesn't suffer fools. But then I saw his youtube channel getting an average of like 117 views a video and his webpage completely locked up my computer and forced me to lose a bunch of work thanks to a restart.

Weens are under the misguided and fallacious belief that because Cole shares half his DNA with Chris n' Barb he is somehow obligated to them. Obligation, like respect, is earned not given. The simple fact that Barb gave birth to both Cole and Chris does not mean that Cole owes either of them anything. Remember, if it were Cole's house that burned down I have no doubt in my mind that Barb wouldn't be offering to take him in or at least making sure that he's all right.

The whole thing with the Wallflower has always bugged me. A major piece of Christory (the entire Megan fiasco) is detailed to great lengths, and she was ultimately a victim of circumstances she wanted nothing to do with . So why so much on Megan but not the Wallflower? Shouldn't you show the treatment to all people who probably don't want to be on the CWCki by name?

Negative review of Toy Story 3 versus Gay slashfic of the guys from Ghost Hunters? I mean, it's a toss up. At least Cole drinks, so even if you have to pay for it, you could get ripped and give him shit about Chris and if he leaves, just file a dispute with PayPal.

Ok I'm bringing this back up again, and there's a whole thread devoted to it, but he could easily get what he wants (if that really is his life's dream) by embracing Christory. A ten minute video of a man in his 30s sitting in a McDonald's talking about legos has 50k views. If Cole and Chris really did some half assed show together, even once a month Cole could start to build a legit fanbase. Not the fanbase he wants, or in the way he wants it. But still...

Don't open obvious ween e-mails, block them on twitter. Not like he tweets anything important enough to warrant actual replies anyway. Comments, fair enough but for the most part it is pretty manageable. Also there's the fact that in all honesty I don't care if he is bothered by weens. Do I wish it on him? Not really. But take away Chris and he's a reviewer I generally disagree with and someone I've never met. I won't bother him but if others want to, great. Not my problem.

EDIT- I'd say the same for The Wallflower if she were/is bothered by random weens. Again not something I encourage but not something I'm going to rally against either.

Cole was trying to use Chris to get information on his biological father (blissfully unaware that Chris is both too selfish and too retarded to be able to do anything for anyone else) and Chris was trying to use Cole to get a vote in the PaRappa the Rapper contest and a chance to score with Megan.

They'd be using each other, and I don't know anything about Cole really, but it'd certainly be good for Chris to socialize a bit with someone who isn't his mom.

They seem to get along reasonably well at the moment, but that's because they have limited interaction. Put those two together for any extended period of time and they will begin to hate each other. Why? Because they're exactly alike, and neither of them fit any sane person's definition of 'good people'.
