Or the new Black Noir is different from the one who fought alongside Soldier Boy.
I was thinking that may be the case but the flashback Noir is shown being burned badly and the modern Noir who is white under the costume has burn scars all over him. It feels like the flashback was being used to explain the scarring but the flashback Noir and modern Noir are different races.

Unless they are two different characters taking on the same name and they both got similar disfigurements

Yep those are a white mans lips alright.

Some have already spoiled it on this thread.

Homelander was originally a decent person until his clone gaslit him into becoming a psycho by committing crimes while disguised as him. This clone, disguised as Black Noir, then has a fatal duel with the original, and both of them bite the bullet.

I mean what happens after this.

Butcher kills his team, then gets killed by Hughie.
Butchers a cunt all around isn't he. But in the tv show I have a hard time blaming him, Homelander is a ticking time bomb which makes it feel like the ends justify the means at times.

The group know that Soldier Boy's new power does that, don't they? Isn't that the whole reason Butcher wants to team up with him? Because otherwise they're god damn idiots for not figuring that out sooner.
Butcher, Hughie, and M.M don't know it because they all split when Frenchie took Kimiko to the hospital. Since Kimiko woke up and noticed she wasn't healing, it can be assumed that the other three don't know because of distance.

This will lead up to Soldier Boy vs Homelander. Soldier Boy temporarily nerfs Homelander leading to Butcher killing him.

Five bucks says Starlight is going to go warn Homelander about Soldier Boy after Hughie left her.
Anything that would get Homelander to laser-eye her ass so we can be rid of her. I freaking love this show but the faster we are rid of her character, the better.

It would be pretty stupid if Frenchie didn't call them and tell them, even if they didn't realize it before.

Like I'd call it a straight up plot hole if the show just glosses over it.

Y'know you don't have to weigh up everything to decide whether there's a message that's secretly agreeing with you or not every single time. Blue Hawk or whatever is a dumb asshole, the crowd were dumb assholes, but the scene isn't about BLM; it was about speed guy being a fucking retard in putting them together in a room in his quest to tongue the company's ass.
You're gonna be disappointed if you're auditing the show for boring fucking correct opinion time since the only point they're making is that dumb assholes are getting jewed en masse by people who do not give a shit.
A-Train wanted to please his brother; he tongued Homelander's ass to get it. Did you watch the episode? It's a shitty attempt at social commentary, you don't have to weigh up anything when the faggot writers straight up insert right-wing strawman talking points as is.
The "woke park" being a ripoff of a Ben Garisson comic/allegory to corporate wokism,
"Stormchasers" being on 4chan and having signs that read "GOD, GUNS, STORMFRONT" , Blue Hawk hearing "Black Lives Matter" and replying "All Lives Matter", the later news headline describing peaceful black boys who dindu muffin as "antifa thugs". For fuck's sake, Seth Rogen is one of the producers, you really think people working with him will give you a nuanced and even-handed political parody?

The rebrand came first, his brother/family is how he saw it didn't land. If he cared about pleasing him he'd have taken his actual advice instead of half-assedly trying to shoehorn it into his plan as he doubled down. This is just the plot, not even any kind of deep narrative analysis, so you might wanna hold off on that if you can't follow the surface-level stuff.

I mean congrats on noticing a list of memes that was definitely right there on the screen but if that's where your analysis ends it's real fucking redundant; we watched it too. It's obviously chimp bait, have some dignity.

Have some dignity and pull your head out of your ass. This isn't high art, there isn't any higher meaning.

A-Train rebranded against Vought's wishes. They just had to roll with it. You should know this.

Did you miss the past 2 seasons where A-Train was a complete egotistical cunt who always thought he knew/was better than everyone? He did do it to help his brother and stroke his ego in the process, not appease the company: he suggested taking dem racist supes down a notch, Homelander turned him down, and he BEAT UP DEEP CAUSE DEEP WAS DICKSUCKING AND OBSTRUCTING HIM. He only got Homelander to get Blue Hawk to apologize after snitching about Starlight and Supersonic's plans. I didn't see you address that in your reply, but I guess accusing someone of not being able to follow the "surface-level stuff" doesn't look good alongside admitting that you've missed a sideplot completely. But then again you've claimed that people look for messages that "secretely agree or not" with them and when i provided examples of messages that are incredibly blatant you dismissed them as "chimp bait", which is a brilliant argument, 10/10.

Yes, he's acting independently. You're missing what's happening so blatantly that it's pathetic to see you try to go past that.

And no I didn't break down all your spastic points one by one because it'd clearly be a waste. You're already in "no u" territory so that was a good decision.

I just finished the latest episode.

Not gonna lie I really liked Soldier Boy here.
Same here. They tried to make him seem an asshole with the shitty "you should smile more" comments towards Mallory in the flashback, but these were so cliche I didn't recognize him as a real character but seeing him stumble along the streets and being genuinely destroyed by Crimson Countess selling him for nothing made him feel a bit sympathetic. Like Lamplighter
which is why I think he'll be dying as quickly as Lamplighter did.

I literally just pointed out that you got it wrong and all you respond with is "nuh-uh, you don't get what's happening, I won't explain why!". Like, ok, retard.

It's been covered in the thread.
Nobody's going to be entertained by engaging in the autistic slapjerk you desire with someone who doesn't see the irony in saying "there's no nuance" when you can't follow the story.

I really hate how saying "All lives matter" is considered a white supremacist slogan by wokies when it's just stating a simple fact.

I didn't know Rogan was apart of the show until a week ago. I hate that faggot he ruins everything he tounches
