I remember that China had their own version of the Super Sentai series named Giant Saver and their toys are more like a throwback to the old Super Sentai mecha without the countless auxiliary items that may/may not be used for the ultimate mecha. Having handled some of those toys myself in the past, no wonder some people prefer those toys over some of the Japanese ones. I think King-Ohger was the last to try to replicate an ultimate mecha that required all the auxiliaries but I think it was overdone still.
 
I heard rumors that Metal Heroes is coming back after Sentai ends in 2026. Is this true?

I'm expecting Superior Senshi or some other very legally distinct rainbow spandex team clearly different from anything covered under any "power rangers" deals
 
I don’t know if this has been posted yet, but there’s a new Ultraman Zero movie in production.
 
I see there are some Power Rangers fans out there who consider the Super Sentai news to be "karma" for alleged drama where Sentai fans have spent all year making fun of PR fans. From what I see there was no real "drama" just a bunch of delusional Americans - a significant portion of this bunch seems to be weirdos, fanfic obsessives and troons who claim Disney is going to save the day and that the PR brand is alive, kicking and super-charged and capable of going on without Sentai.

Yup. a lot of English-speaking tokusatsu fans from social media platforms & reddit tend to be cringe in general. They'll make any kind of drama nowadays for engagement.

Also, Power Rangers is barely clinging to life at this point so what's the use of "karma?" The SS franchise hasn't even officially ended yet these people are eager for it to "end" to "own the haters." Imagine melting down like this over a franchise for kids.

Maya Imamori, who portrays Sumino Ichikawa/GozyuUnicorn in No. 1 Sentai Gozyuger has been removed from the show due to an underage drinking scandal in Japan (she is 19 years old, the minimum drinking age in Japan is 20 years old).
She posted an apology on her Instagram (translated):

She also got dropped by her talent agency. Apparently, she's gonna be written out of the show in 2-3 episodes. Gozyuger is shot about 3 months in advance. So if she is written out, that lines up perfectly with when it was first learned that Imamori was cheating with Gozyu Wolf's suit actor who is married. The underage drinking is a cover for the scandal.
 
This is a shit load more interesting than anything Gozyuger has done other than putting a cloak on Daizyujin
