The easiest to get into is Ultraman. The vast majority is available legitimately on most major steaming services, new series are uploaded to YouTube as they air and subtitled. They also have many physical releases from Mill Creek.
Sentai is slowly but surely being officially subtitled by Shout Factory. Releases first come via DVD until added to most steaming sites months after.
Rider is being worked on by several companies. Shout has the most right now with a handful available via most steaming places. They're also releasing them on Blu-ray. Discotek is also getting into it with Kamen Rider Black coming soon from them.
A couple releases here and there from other companies like most of Garo is available officially.
