That Metal Thread

Afterbirth has been one of the most intriguing finds of mine, brutal death metal with progressive elements. Some of their best material comes from their instrumentals.https://youtube.com/watch?v=b_1HLPKjIuQhttps://youtube.com/watch?v=CL5dm7Dgi_I
I came back weeks and/or months later to thank you for showing me this band. I've listened to them on youtube for some weeks and with their new album I've bought the last 3 they released.

I'll drop this off to continue the thread; Found these guys from a guess their name quiz, needless to say we failed:

If you’re not listening to Jinjer then you’re just letting some of the very best things in life pass you by.
Jinjer is one of my favorite bands but I very much prefer Cloud Factory, King of Everything and Micro. Apparantly their next album is going to be more death over djent.
This might be a patronizing question since they're pretty well known, but are you familiar with Lamb Of God?

The vocal style and general arrangement hits me as kind of LOG-y.

Anyways here's a couple random bonus.

Weird cover, but w/e, it's got a saxophone solo.

I like Shadow of Intent's cover of Laid to Rest

I am heavily addicted to slavic NSBM.

Although I preferred Obszön Geschöpf's electronic era, their metal shit isn't bad...

New BLACK KNIFE album

YouTube recommended me this album. I haven't listened to it (yet) and I know nothing about the band but the cover artwork caught my eye:

https://youtube.com/watch?v=KZ2RxFAyaBYNot sure if I posted this before, but I fucking love Bathory, and I fucking love this track
I have an unhealthy love for Bathory's viking metal. Probably because I have an autistic interest in medieval Northern Europe.

Foreverdark Woods is my favorite song of all time, fucking awesome shit. The entire album of Nordland is just straight fire.
I want it played at my funeral.
