I just found this cow a few minutes ago but I have added all my findings in my post. I'm sure with more time, we'd uncover more about him. But I unfortunately can't find any items he's had added into the game. See my other post about an item of his in the game.

I don't think https://steamcommunity.com/id/tedbenekee/ is Chickenman. And Chickenman didn't create the Carry-Van. He's not listed as one of the contributors on the TF2 Wiki, and I've not documented him as such on the big spreadsheet I'm working on.

I tried searching the TF2 Wiki for instances of his Steam ID popping up. Did a search for "76561198220224500" and for uses of "{{Steamid|76561198220224500}}" and both turned up 0 results. Far as I can tell, Chickenman has not had any items get into the game. He might just have the self-made role because he sucked someone's dick or something.

If he did make a self made, believe me, he would have a fucking userbox on his tf2 wiki user page declaring such. But he doesn't.

i think it's more for a technicality, since he's currently listed as a mapper in the wiki, what's his creation you ask?

also i'm thinking that i've hit the mark with these links, since the youtube channel links to the instagram, the personal website links to that instagram, the chicken motif is shared with the youtube account which is also shared with the reddit account, will get archives up asap

edit: i think an aberration happened here, he DID make a cosmetic, but the account listed is different, but the turbine center map has his name listed w/o the steam link, why does this retard have two steam accounts?

Yeah that makes sense. I can see them giving the role to him because he had a map get accepted. Weird that they don't even link to his Steam profile in the info box on that article like they do for 2 of the 4 people. And they didn't write his real name in so maybe he had to request Valve to not publish his actual name?

It also explains why searching for his id64 string gave no results; because they don't link to his profile.

i might have a bit of a problem archiving his reddit since it's got a gargantuan history, but the face is very real since this is a zoomer that is into nigger rappers (archive), and his youtube isn't any better since preserve just stops all of a sudden

past this point here's the archives i could make

i'm starting to think the jorge salazar is a red herring, the account he seems to commit activity with is "donda 2", a reddit post showcases this comment shitting on a tranny effect (archive), which in this comment section he ended up having a debate with a former emporium member (archive)

Yea Donda 2 must be his steam account. I think Emporium discord also contains a few items that Chickenman worked on, which were later posted by Donda 2 on workshop.

Dont know about CS GO, but when it comes to Dota 2, I haven't really heard much about what happens in workshop circles. Might be because most people there don't really think much about items (and workshoppers behind said items) beyond "well, that looks cool" and equip it. But, I gotta say, shitty particle spam got considerably worse over the years:

Dota items aren't as bad as TF2 thematically wise but my fucking GOD are the particles on arcanas and immortals obnoxious as fuck. Enjoy deciphering the color of pixels and memorizing textures on your screen so you can fucking tell who's about to drop their ult on you because for 20 bucks you can just make your shit look totally different than it's supposed to. It's the one game where I think disabling cosmetics wholesale should be an option in the game imo.
