so tor not only again takes upwards of 3 minutes to verify now (failing obviously) it also completely bricks the tor connection on my browser for 24 hours, straight up refusing to connect at all

you are expecting me to exert more effort to fix your problem than you can be bothered to do to explain it. in the future I am just outright ignoring complaints that don't facilitate a fix. this post asking for clarification takes more effort and time from my life than it took for you to complain. so now I have to waste twice as much time asking for clarification because you can't be fucking bothered.

every issue that ever comes from me is the same - win10 PC, cable, tor window in Brave, second step of the two step verification (one big bar) takes around 3 minutes, proceeds to shit itself and then locks me out of tor for the day, I haven't been able to log on since Friday at least

okay well I don't really remember everyone on the planet's setup so every time you report a bug you must re-supply all of that information because I am not going to spend time looking it up.

I was pleasantly surprised to get this notification, but I checked my watched list and it turns out I don't watch this thread at all.
Is there something on the backend I'm not aware of that flagged this for me?

Tor login has been impassable for me for the last several days as well (Linux, PC, LAN, Tor Browser via Snowflake bridges). The second part of the captcha is the bandwidth part, you download some data via websocket and solve. What I'm assuming is, whenever Tartarus is tweaked to be more strict, Tor's slow connection speeds make this fail almost every time.

Another thing to test is trying to log in via the main page and the dedicated login page. The general Kiwi chat that's always open on the bottom of the main page can be quite the network hog for Tor specifically.

this is really bad. I can't post what I want to post because it is the last multiplied post and the third one will regenerate upon being posted.
All I know about this bug is that I clicked the empty comment space 3 times as my tor browser was lagging.

that is a 5MB gif and it is almost certainly getting rejecetd by the thumbnailer for being a retarded piece of shit.

Coloring the text black text doesn't work.

test -> this one is meant to be [color=rgb(1, 1, 1); (0, 0, 0) doesn't work either
test -> (111, 111, 111) works
test -> (11, 11, 11) doesn't work
test -> (56, 56, 56) doesn't work
test -> (64, 64, 64) doesn't wok ching chong ching chong ling ling ling
(the non-working values don't save to the bbcode editor either disappear from post code after saving)

color=black works in chat, however...

Tartarus captcha for the log in form instantly fails on mobile firefox over mullvad VPN. It gives no info as to why it failed or any further steps.

Not sure what Null did on the Tor side, but for me (Brave + Tor, wired desktop) it went from a few seconds for the initial verification + up to 3 minutes for the data challenge, to damn near instantly passing.

Probably not helpful, but at least another data point?

ArchBTW Linux, Tor Browser, Screenshots taken with FireShot extension. Image thumbnailing issue related to the one below.
Using Brave/Tor with .webp (at least). When inserting image attachments, I click Insert, Thumbnail, and it doesn't show up. It will show up if I do it a second time. I can reproduce it by (re)loading the page, attaching the file, and trying to insert. I can also reproduce it by deleting the image attachment, reattaching, etc.

What it's doing is setting a size of "0x0" pixels in the BBCode, probably because it hasn't loaded the dimensions of the image yet. This happens despite waiting for the attachment preview to load, which shows the image dimensions and file size, before attempting to insert it (which has been a problem in the past).
Every image I upload into the WYSIWYG editor is locked at 250 W x proportional H. This cannot be increased using the handles, which get stuck when I try to make the thumbnail wider than 250px, or "Change size", which increases H but keeps W at 250px and distorts the image. When I reload the page or use Preview, the image disappears visually but shows up in the BBCode as a 0x0 image and is restored upon posting. If the image is pasted, it will be permanently stuck at the 250 W x proportional H size despite the visual distortion of "Change size". If it's attached, it will expand back to its original size upon posting.

Thumbnail pasted into the editor (can be identified by the random number filename).

Thumbnail added using "Attach files" > Insert Thumbnail (has original filename).

Also random bug where attaching a PNG file in this environment causes a random block of color to appear instead of the intended image.

Live update edit: Some images are not locked at 250px exactly, but still locked at some "auto" dimension and cannot be scaled up despite using the handles. Third update edit: Image below was 250px-locked again, while "Change size" still shows "auto".

On PC using the OS Manjaro accessing the site exclusively with TOR over cable, i have a problem:

Can't watch the majority of videos. Sometimes the play button and thumbnail are visible for a split second, but then everything is black, just the runtime is visible on the bottom right.
The right click context menu to copy direct URL and such isn't there, its like right clicking any empty part of the page.
The few videos that are playable (and have the regular right click context menu) seem to have no audio. For example this is playable, while the other videos on the page are black boxes (except youtube vids, but those don't work on TOR anyways).
Already tried deactivating HTTPS only mode and security level is normal. Might still be on my side, do i need any special codec or something like that? I'm not good with computer pls halp SAAAR.
