The bandwidth test might be too intensive on Tor. I'll see what I can do for it.

Similar thing happening to me. PoW takes forever on my Pixel 8 (GrapheneOS + Tor), but no sweat on my 12y/o quad-core.

The data challenge, however, is ridiculous. Had the exact same thing as @Pierre D'Olnique. And even when it passes, it takes forever over Tor. Haven't tried on clearnet because lol logging into KF on clearnet.

yeah nah mate solving the data challenge via Tor Browser is fucked. 1% per ~30s, multiple retries (~15m trying, lost count at this point). if it wasn't for Roskomnadzor being inept (again) I wouldn't be able to use the site.

yes so as I said the last two posts i am actively working on the tor data challenge, like right now, as in continuously since the last 2 messages.
 
I've just passed it on both Tor browser and on the Brave Tor Browser. Is this also fucking unacceptable?

Using a stopwatch on my phone it took 2 minutes and 7 seconds at a Nederlands Tor node. Just now, miraculously on the same node locale I was allowed in after 34 seconds.

I feel like i'm playing a lottery with my ability to login to the website.

I just wanna fuck a dude bro. :lossmanjack:
 
Data challenge seems good on tor mobile now. I was having the same issues with getting an error after a multiple minute attempt as others mentioned earlier. It's successfully completing in 20-25 seconds now, about the same speed as on desktop
 
Data challenge hates the IronFox browser and fails repeatedly. I'm using a galaxy tablet s8 if that makes a difference. I also use mullvadvpn but I logged in fine on brave with the same device so I'm pretty sure it's just the browser. No worries though I'm fine using brave I just thought I should point it out.
 
Forget tor. I had trouble passing the verifying on clearnet today with Brave. Even without vpn. I tried logging for 15 minutes and failed on around 5-20%. Once I managed to get to 35%. I killed every single process taking bandwidth. Network isn't the fastest but everything else was working fine.

EDIT: I actually tried connecting with TOR on the same network and it worked. Huh?
