Also fuck Pinterest and their stupid bots, I got banned for things I pinned (never uploaded a damn thing) and when I try to appeal, the email just goes to a bot anyway. This is a known issue and but does Pinterest even try to fix it? No because that costs extra money, never mind how every 2-3 images is now an ad.
My Google search keyword URL includes "-pinterest" because that site is a dead end and it always pollutes my search results.

For instance, I type g death metal in the URL bar and it automatically searches for death metal -pinterest

Okay? I was bitching about Pinterest's stupid mod bot wrongfully banning me and how the site has too many ads.

I realize complaining about TikTok and all the other sites copying it is beating a dead horse, but the very existence of that stuff pisses me off because I can't just 100% ignore it, I have to work around it and intentionally avoid this stuff.

Plus it doesn't help when my own friends mindlessly send me many random TikToks and reels daily completely unrelated to anything we've ever talked about or referenced, and they're all entirely random. It's like you can't keep up any kind of normal conversation, so you spam somebody with reels. Finally had to mute their text threads, and only look in occasionally.

Is it a common thing on websites to offer bonus features by paying a one-time fee, i.e. how T&H here costs $20 one-time? Or is it not a thing because they want to milk their userbase by making them as a subscription feature instead, where you'll lose those perks if you don't renew it.

What is a post-coof Current Year university like?
I'm all online, but I did do an in-person one in the SUNY system last February, and it was completely normal. I did go to college out of highschool in 2017, and it's exactly the same as then. Schools just require a vaccination history to prove you don't have measles, mumps, etc. The real nasty shit. They lifted the Covid requirement so that's how I was able to attend in person in SUNY.

I'm so glad I never got on TikTok, and I've also just mostly abandoned my instagram account. I hate the endless scrolling. Youtube mobile is the same shit. Going mostly cold turkey has helped a lot.

Pinterest to me has always been the white women shitty decor site.

Revenue of 3.65 BILLION DOLLARIDOOS last year. How in the fuck? Do they even have any original content or are they like payment processors and don't provide any value by themselves?

I genuinely could not use the YouTube app and not want to rip my hair out. The app is so terrible now, and while Revanced YouTube w/ adblocking and Sponsorblock makes it a better experience than stock, I feel the entire interface and user experience are designed to piss you off. How else could it be made that way. Watch all our ads, Tiktoks shorts, and never stop.

NewPipe/Bravenewpipe and GrayJay are far from perfect, and have their own issues, but the experience for me is 1000% better.

I had to get meningitis the last time. Also somehow got a positive for TB, even though I didn't have TB. It might have been a false positive or that I had just been exposed to it at some point between the last time years previously when it had been negative.

Or maybe it actually was incubating. In any case I had to go on a course of antibiotics. Never had any symptoms and the lung X-ray turned up negative.

The meningitis is definitely a legit one. That's a killer and insanely virulent. It can spread over a campus in between hours and days. It's very rare (largely thanks to vaccines) but if you get it it WILL fuck your shit up or kill you.

The rise of dedicated apps for restaurants, whether they'd be dine-in or fast food, presumably also made coupons for them much more rare, or phased out entirely.

MAKE COUPONS GREAT AGAIN! I will not sign up for your app because you're that desperate to sell my information for like 69 cents or something!

I recently went back to analog stereo for my PC and Laptop. It sounds louder and cleaner. I seriously hate that phones abandoned the 3.5mm. Anytime I listen to music on my phone now it sucks compared to my desktop and pc.
