Apparently, I looked into him and this guy plays it obsessively, and has thousands of hours on a surf server. I took a look into this guy, Tango is the self proclaimed KING of deathmatching on TF2 Combat Surf, and he doesn't even know how to surf. Terry Davis energy, with 1% of the talent and 100% more passion, and 1000% more annoying.

Back when I wasn't banned on Skial I used to see that tard all the time. Quite possibly the most annoying and autistic TF2 player I've ever come across, and that says a lot lmao.
 
Is the game worth getting back into these days? I remember doing some stuff on it a long time ago, but it's been quite some time; seems like the game's mostly just fills with bots, cheaters, and troons these days.

Despite everything, TF2 is still the most fun you can have online. I'd suggest to wait for Smissmas just to see how Valve "updates" the game since 2020.

As somebody who recently came back to TF2 after being burned by OW, it's still extremely fun nowadays. There are very little mutiplayer shooters that put fun and movement tech before anything else. It really is a product of a bygone era.

Casual is bearable during events but as of recent there's been an uptick in bots showing up in casual servers. Community servers aren't that bad (I stick to casual Skial servers mostly) but stay away from Uncletopia as the people there strive to have as little fun as possible and take a casual pub match too seriously.
