Teacher tells truth - gets fired.

A middle school science teacher in Baltimore was fired this week after a video surfaced showing her berating students with insults and racial slurs.

In the video, which has been viewed more than 2 million times since it was posted by a parent on Facebook Wednesday, the teacher is seen dragging a male student by the hood out of a classroom before proceeding to hurl insults at the rest of the class.

“You’re idiots!” the teacher, who is white, is heard shouting at the room full of mostly black middle schoolers at Harlem Park Elementary/Middle School in West Baltimore. “You have the chance to get an education, but you want to be a punk-a** n***** who’s gonna get shot.”

One student can be heard pleading with the teacher to “stop saying that,” as she continues to call the class “stupid” and threatens to give them “zeros for doing nothing.”

By Thursday, officials with the Baltimore City Public School district confirmed that “a middle school science teacher at Harlem Park Elementary/Middle School engaged in verbally abusive behavior and made racially charged comments directed at students,” and that “the teacher involved in the incident is no longer employed by City Schools.”

The school district’s statement went on to state that “at Baltimore City Public Schools, we are committed to creating positive and equitable learning environments in school communities where all members are welcome, supported, and valued. No form of discriminatory behavior of any kind is or will be tolerated.”

The fuck did she expect? A white teacher who calls a black student a nigger is gonna get fired. Same with any other job.
 
yeah i mean her heart was in right place but you took it a racial place, so no sympathy for you. thats how its gonna be painted now. gotta maintain narrative and all that shit.

I honestly think the teacher should've kept her cool, but it does show there's something wrong with the students too.
 
I had a couple of teachers driven to insanity by the retarded classes. One, a young mellow guy fresh out of college, punched a hole through the observation glass into his classroom, I remember hearing the shattering, he then wandered into the classroom I was in, blood streaming down his hand and arm. Then there was a music teacher with fifteen years under his belt that was driven to throwing chairs and sheet music stands across the room. I remember hearing things like "DON'T STAB EACH OTHER WITH PENCILS!" being screamed by teachers as I walked in the hallways past the invalids. The teachers I mentioned just had to take an anger management class, they weren't fired and were well liked. I feel really bad for teachers, middle school ones especially.

Baltimore. I'm guessing some newbie who got a job at a school that anybody with any seniority gets the fuck out of ASAP. The newbie has dreams of being a life-changer, an inspiration, a wonderful teacher of disadvantaged youths.

And then the Mack truck of Reality hits them.

She honestly had their best interest in heart when she said that, too. Now she'll spend her life being demonized for acknowledging the bleak reality these children face when they grow into adults that have hobbled themselves.

This is Baltimore and they are 16

By the end of the year or next year at most at least one of those student will be a punk ass nigga who got shot and a couple to juvie too.

Middle schoolers tend to be annoying little shits, and middle school teachers need to be able to handle them without racially charged language.

I don't know if you went to a public school in an urban area, but it isn't hard for me to imagine this woman being driven to this point.

I'm laughing harder at the parents that are "enraged" at her for using that word. Come on you spooks, I bet my white ass you use way worse slurs at home and not to mention social media. It's just words, don't have a crap attack unless she actually beat the shit out of someone with a chair or something.

As for the teacher, I won't crucify her for her language. I have always thought that what matter is the message, not how you deliver it. But I WILL complain that she really needs to keep her cool and be awfully patient if she wants to work with teens, because those can be one of the most annoying people to work with alongside some of their parents. Tough luck, she lose her temper, she lose her job.

I think she was parroting the language they use (probably almost exclusively) to address each other by to get them to finally fucking listen. The cacophony of screeches of "THASS RACISS!!" that followed really made me laugh.
 
The lesson that all teachers must learn is that some little shits are just unsalvageable and not worth wasting energy on. Let them pass each year and before long you'll wave them goodbye. Problem solved.
 
Niggers are basically like dogs they can't follow actual human speech but there are three or four words they recognise and 'nigger' is one of them.
