Animal Crossing Villager and Wii Fit Trainer have no business in this game.

In Smash Four, they realized that fact with Wolf and got rid of him. Wolf was too fat to be in Super Smash Bros.

Too bad all of them are returning. Since everyone who's Smashed before will be here.
 
That Splatoon remix isn't as good as I was hoping but apparently it was Sega's work(?) so.

Smash Run was acceptable, but it couldn't hold my attention without online play. With online play, I don't think I would've ever played any other mode.

In general I'd like the online options to be expanded and improved more. They've progressively improved the online with each iteration, but we'll see.

Oh, also a cross post from the Smash Bros Community thread but this is too fun to watch.

Krystal got confirmed for an assist trophy and people are so upset about a character so unwanted that the main series she's from has dropped her didn't get in Smash as a playable character.

So they made a stupid Change.org petition. Read the comments for yourself, because they're something magical.

I'd love to have Smash run, it was much more entertaining, replayable and fluid than Smash tour ever was.
 
A new Mega Man remix is in this game, and it sure is something else—a medley of Mega Man friggin' 4 of all games, arranged by Jun Senoue of Crush 40 fame.


It fades after just a minute, but so far it's got both Dive Man and Skull Man's themes, which were also in the 4-6 8-bit medley in Smash 4. Now, the other songs in that medley were Proto Man's Fortress from 5 and Flame Man's theme from 6 whereas the title of this new one suggests that it only draws from 4, so if I had to take a shot in the dark at what the other songs are (assuming there are only two of them) it would be Pharaoh Man's theme and Cossack 2.

Pretty exciting news, if you ask me. It's good to see that they're not just sucking the first three games' dicks (especially 2's) this time around.

I am kinda flashbacking to 2008 on Gamefaqs. Where you could troll with a handle, but there were too many users and no "Moon Goons" to dox you, so you can be a jackass whenever you wanted and giggled away at fellow Smash Bros fans humoring your dumb fads.

Once, someone made a thread called "Snake spelled backwards is Ekans" making the obvious Pokemon reference. I proceeded to make a thread called "Fox spelled backwards is Xof." and the very first reply told me don't make fad threads. I further proceeded to make shit like "Pit spelled backwards is Tip" and "Sakurai Spelled backwards is Iarukas" and further spammed up the board.

One day I sent the board to hell.

I swear I was the original creator of "Tiers do not exist" but my actual term was "There are no such thing as tiers" and I coined it because I was tired of hearing that word. Kids should just play the game and not make up shit just because they believe Meta Knight and Ike were broken. And that they thought Ganondorf was so horrible when Ganondorf was always one of my favorite Brawlers.

Seriously. Animal Crossing Villager and Wii Fit trainer have no business here. And I hate how Wolf is returning. He's too fat for Smash Brothers. I'd rather Star Wolf get represented by that badass panther.

And they better pay the royalty to Square and put Geno in this game. We've wanted Geno for over a decade more than we've wanted Mother 3 localized.
