I thought I was an emotionless monster, and yet this gave me feels. WTF?
 
I gotta say, I'm really happy with the roster, chrom got in so I'm absolutely set. The team really went out of their way to cover as many series as diligently as possible, trying their best to fill each series with more then one character. That and the ensuing salt will be great for another year at least. My vote for dlc characters is ringabel from bravely default and celica from FE Echoes but even if they don't get in, the game looks great enough to enjoy for years anyway.

But going back to the subject, I can’t wait to play as him and all the butthurt that generated from 4chan was truly the spectacle.

I’m also happy Rovas got to be a spirit. You know who else was a spirit? Fucking Wii Fit Trainer. Holy shit it’s fucking happening!

Wait, you've heard of all of the other six Fire Emblem characters but not Corrin? Roy's game wasn't even released outside of Japan.

While most fans disagree on who should be in Smash, we can all agree that the memes that came out of Ultimate are the best.
 
I wasn't really that hopeful about the leaks, even though I wanted Isaac as a playable character.

I like the personality that they gave to Incineroar, but I swear the reveal of the Piranha Plant had me laughing so hard it was awesome.

There's also a story mode which is neat.

Sakurai is the king of all trolls.

I've seen tons of people whining about Inceniroar, but I love that he cheeses it up for the audience every time he lands a blow. I'll totally be playing Piranha Plant when he comes out, but I don't really care about Ken.

Honestly, looking back on the leaks it really didn't seem possible. There's no way Chorus Kids could be a thing, and Banjo, Isaac and Geno are from old, dead franchises. Shadow was a possibility to me, though.
 
I wasn't ready to get smash. Not when ridley was announced. not when k.rool was announced. not even when i saw the story mode being announced.

then I saw him. piranha plant.

pre-ordered.
