Funny shit is my first Tekken game I played a lot was Tag 2 for the Wii U. In between this and Pokken its funny seeing Smash spergs actually confused by this.

I don't think you had too many of the smash fags cross over actually when Pokken was a hot release, most high skilled players already had prior Tekken experience or if a smasher picked it up, they only played it for a few weeks at a mediocre level and then went right back into Smash 4.Funny shit is my first Tekken game I played a lot was Tag 2 for the Wii U. I doubt a lot of smash spergs have even played the games their mains are from. The fits over it are still made funnier by the fact there is good precedence for the crossover.I don't think you had too many of the smash fags cross over actually when Pokken was a hot release, most high skilled players already had prior Tekken experience or if a smasher picked it up, they only played it for a few weeks at a mediocre level and then went right back into Smash 4.
And for the record, I straight up cannot believe the majority of this thread is defending turbo sperg Hax$ following a 2 hour schizo meltdown. I get it, for drama purposes it'd be fucking hilarious if it results in a fist fight at an expo, but you'd have to be terminally autistic to not understand why it might be a good idea to ban a guy like that from a tournament or why Leffen might feel threatened.
Like are you guys brain damaged? Do you think you could do a schizo video essay + pdf about a public figure and not get a restraining order?
Nice double post. Just because Hax is a schizo doesn't mean that Leffen is a manipulative asshole (and also a bit of a pussy). Hax totally deserves to get banned but Leffen acting all scared is hilarious. Hax has made it clear that his methods for saving the community are sperging out on video, not putting a bullet in Leffen's head or beating the shit out of him. If the man can't even stand being around Leffen in a casual setting what makes you think he'd go out of his way to beat him up or something? Is there literally any Smash DLC character that's interesting to play as other than Banjo or Steve? The entire fighter pass thing has been absolutely dogshit from day one.
Most people main a character from the base game anyway.
Don't have a main yet. So I'm 100% maining Kazuya just for the salt factor. Is there literally any Smash DLC character that's interesting to play as other than Banjo or Steve? The entire fighter pass thing has been absolutely dogshit from day one.

I literally don't give a fuck about how 'interesting to fight' they are, Banjo is a fun character and beating other players up as Banjo is fun. Tourneyfags breaking Smash down to tier rankings and micrometre hitboxes are the reason why the only the most limp wristed aspies are part of the tourney scene. Also I can't believe you called one of the most boring and least unique of the DLC, Banjo, more "interesting to play" than any of the other fighters who bring something more interesting to the table other than a limited invincibility dash. It's clearly your preference shining through. If you don't think the other characters are interesting that's your problem. They're all really engaging and offer up something new.
Rosterfags like you who think their taste reigns supreme ruin all discourse about the inclusions to the game. Anyone could say the exact same thing about any of the characters. Also Smash was originally a game made to be an interesting new take on fighting games and Nintendo characters were slapped onto it. I'm sorry that you don't like the majority of the DLC pass but I don't think you can call it trash because the characters "aren't interesting".I literally don't give a fuck about how 'interesting to fight' they are, Banjo is a fun character and beating other players up as Banjo is fun. Smash was originally a toybox game where you had random franchises battling it out together, I'd rather have Spider-Man or John Cena as opposed to Fire Emblem character 54 or Tekken guy who isn't King.
People saying this is hard when its literally the same almost universal basic bitch command input that most fighters in most fighting games have.Imagine Smash Players trying to pull off these combosView attachment 2265547
Link is already in Smash Bros though...Tbh I would've liked it more if they added a character from Soul Calibur
I wouldn't say that's the case nowadays, fighting game inputs are a lot easier for more mainstream titles as a standard. You don't get many pretzel motions anymore, raging storm is uniquely intimidating looking as far as supers go.Kazuya is kool.

If it wasn't for the names, you could easily say this is a Guilty Gear characters move set.
If the D-Pad wasn't regulated to taunts, it would be just fine for command executionsSmash would probably benefit from not trying to emulate fighting game motions too often, cuz doing any of that shit with an analog stick rather than an arcade stick sounds awkward.
Surely outcasting this obviously mentally ill man will have no negative consequences.
All of that could have been just a 20 minutes podcast instead of the 2 hour spergetory comparing him to hitler, him having supernatural powers of omniscience, seeking apotheosis beyond the Smash community, talking about totalitarism, analyzing his profile pic psychologically, and all that dumb shit!Warning: Spergy Infodump incoming
Actual, legitimate criticisms of Leffen that Hax made:
* Leffen was rude, immature and callous as a teenager
* Leffen tries to foster a better public image but still has many of the negative qualities he had back then
* Leffen starts trouble and conflict in communities and friend groups out of spite or pettiness
* Because of a completely petty, juvenile internet arguement (that, to be fair, was mostly instigated by Hax) Leffen tried to screw up Hax's plans to get the competitive tournament scene not to accept Hax's special controller.
* Leffen complained about an unflattering but arguably accurate portrayal in a documentary and the director changed it not because it wasn't true, but because Leffen and his fans were complaining
* Leffen's fanbase acts toxic and stupidly and Leffen does very little to try to discourage this
* Leffen tends to act manipulatively as a way of conflict resolution and that isn't acceptable at all
Claims/Concepts that aren't legitimate and make Hax look delusional:
* Leffen's bad behaviour cannot be atrributed to mere immaturity or pettiness, but can only be explained by deep-rooted psychological or personality disorders
* Despite having no background in psychology or medicine, Hax is able to determine that Leffen is actually has a personality disorder somewhere on the "Dark Tetrad" spectrum
* Browsing multiple Wikipedia articles and watching anime is anywhere near enough research to make one an expert in psychology or understand complex psychological concepts
* Using catastrophic and dramatic language is appropriate for situations as small and childish as this
* It is at all reasonable to compare someone to dictators or anime villains because you've had disagreements with them online
* Because Leffen has fans and relationships with torunmanet organizers, he is in total control of the Smash community and oppresses the people in it
* Leffen, by controling the Smash community, is turning it into a Dystopian society that will soon have no way of recovering
* Leffen is similar to Hitler, Stalin, Donald Trump and multiple anime villains
* Leffen directly tried to manipulate and spite Hax by wearing certain colored pants
* Blocking people on Twitter for bothering you should be illegal
* Blocking people on Twitter is a powerful tool of manipulation that makes people feel isolated and silenced
* Mobbing people on Twitter with tons of angry, critical comments is a good communication tool or at all constructive to conflict resolution, and not being able to do it is somehow psychological abuse
* Giving a subjective opinion that people should be allowed to add their own bindings to a custom controller was a secret plan to ruin it and destroy his whole business franchise
* The difference in preference between R and Z cancelling is worth fifty minutes of discussion and isn't actually a difference in opinion but an evil, psychologically manipulative lie to control people like zombies
* Having a bad experience on a personal discord where someone's sycophantic fans argue in their favor is at all a reasonable excuse to quit the entire Smash Brothers scene and that Leffen is somehow comparable to Donald Trump for also having idiot fans
* Grabbing your employee by the shoulders and shaking him violently while screaming in his face is at all a reasonable reaction to learning that he sent someone you don't like a product that they paid for
* Running up to a person and screaming at them in public is at all a valuable or constructive form of conflict resolution
* It is at all acceptable to chase a person and yell at them when they don't want to talk to you
* It is at all acceptable to hit someone in the face for moving their chair back too far on an airplane
* A director removing unflattering parts of a documentary to stop someone from complaining somehow turns their movie into evil propaganda
* A movie that sends a message you don't like should be made illegal
* Hax, in his words, "betraying" his own friends and violating their privacy, potentially making them targets for harassment, was all somehow a worthy sacrifice to stop Leffen and did anything productive or gave anyone information that was at all necessary.
* Leffen starting a tournament on a day close to Hax's tournament is evil and manipulative, but Hax actively and admittedly manipulating Leffen and others by advertising a fake tournament isn't
* The director who has remain neutral and polite with both parties is in any way the villain or at fault and should be labeled a propagandist
* The basic principle of Freedom of Speech should be secondary to preventing harm caused by controlling people. Or in other words, the only way to stop controlling tyrants is by acting controlling and tyranical.
* There was any information in the video that was important enough to warrant a two-hour video, or even a single hour, or anything beyond a few minutes
As you can see, for every good point Hax had, he made nearly a dozen bad ones. That's why this blew up in his face so badly, and that's why people are reactively taking Leffen's side.
I can easily perform the Electric Wind God Fist on PS4 pad or keyboard, but trying that on Nintendo's weird ass joysticks seam like a nightmare.I wouldn't say that's the case nowadays, fighting game inputs are a lot easier for more mainstream titles as a standard. I've also only ever seen half circle forward inputs in GG and KoF, as just an example. Even just half circles are pretty rare nowadays, only relevant move in Tekken done with that motion that immediately comes to mind is King's giant swing.
