Im excited about the new smash bros, mainly beacuse I could play a variety of characters. Like Isabelle and now the Persona 5 main protaganist are all kinds of characters I would love to try in the game.

While should the fans stress out about this game. Most of the time they use the same 10 or so characters for fights plus if you have family or friends who arent big into fighting games, smash can be a great way to start.

Any another characters confirmed for the game?

Monster Hunter is pretty much all but confirmed because of his victory music being datamined.

Anyone else you can figure out based on what Nintendo wants to promote for their systems

It boggles my mind, that people still call him a credible source, after all the false rumors and backtracking.

I know that it's autism, but i think not even autists would fall for this.

People aready ready screaming for Sora. I rather see someone from DQ in Smash s a SE rep or even more obscure, Orsted from Live a Live.

Watch the rest of the characters not match any of his claims at all. I'll bet you he'll keep pulling this excuse out of his ass every time.

His other excuses were already phenomenal. I can't wait to see him top them.

"Yeah I said Minecraft was in the game, but I actually was confused by this .jpg image of an origami pig!"

"Yeah, I predicted Piranha Plant! I had video evidence of it in action from a source I've been using for years! I just didn't believe the undeniable proof of it so I never said anything."

What's almost as "phenomenal" is incomprehensible fans who will attack anybody with critical thinking skills that question him.

I honestly love all the DLC predictions people are posting. Between that and Joker rage fests. Most DLC suggestions I been seeing are "SORA!" and "SCORPION BECAUSE MK 11 WILL BE ON THE SWITCH!"

Sora would just be "animue swordsman(Key) number infinity. Scorpion? Can't see him. Namco honestly should have another rep. Dig Dug and Kloana would be a good fit if either were possible DLC.

Honestly I can't see Sora because of how very hands off Square Enix is with their properties in Smash already and Scorpion I can only see if Nintendo really wants to brag about having Mortal Kombat 11 on Switch which I doubt since it will be like wanting to promote having a new Assassin's Creed game.


But honestly no matter what, the DLC is guaranteed to produce enough salt and overreaction from entitled manchildren.

Plus he just he as I said. "Generic Anime Swordsman". Oh, tell me about the Square Hands off thing.

MK characters in Smash is a no and considering Mortal Kombat isn't really a thing in Japan and that MKX is outright banned in Japan.

Well in Smash Ultimate, there is not much Final Fantasy content in comparison to content from other third party titles like Street Fighter, Castlevania, and Metal Gear. The last two are more notable considering the reputation Konami has nowadays. Hell, Final Fantasy has probably the least amount of songs available compared to other third party titles represented in Smash.


If Square is not letting Nintendo have much Final Fantasy content used in their game, how do fans expect a Square Enix character to get in. The only Square Enix character who has a chance of even being DLC would be 2B from Nier Automata if there is a Switch port and how Nintendo has a solid relationship with Platinum Games (who had major involvement in Nier Automata). But even that is not likely.

Yet Smashtards will still ardently believe that a boring character from an obscure Mario spinoff has a chance of getting in a crossover game that prides itself on being hype and flashy.

2B is already going to be in Soul Caliber 6. The likelyhood of them shoving her into as many fighting games as possible is slim at best.

As far as DLC goes, I could give two shits about who they put in, just give me back Home Run Derby.
