I mean I suppose “won” is sort of relative but he certainly got a favorable settlement where they had to let him back in and make a groveling apology where they apologized for their “anti-semitism”. Some things just aren’t worth the cost of taking to court even if it’s a slam dunk case. I remind you the Kiwi Farms has done a similar thing where we forced Epik to apologize after they lied and said the site hosted CSAM, even when we could have probably won at trial with a solid defamation case.
 
I'm personally a fan of freedom of association. You should be able to be around whoever group you want to and kick out the people you do not want to be around, HOWEVER, these pozzed faggots make impossible for me to not root for this Jewish guy.

How hard is it for you to shut the fuck up and keep quiet about your retarded shitlib worship of Palestine and sand niggers, and not kick out the Jewish guy because of it? It's a gay smash tournament and you're more worried about the geopolitics of a conflict thousands of miles away from America that you have no skin in the game yourself.
 
If you sue someone, and they immediately give you everything you ask for in the suit, thats a win. Period. In fact I believe Judges are obligated to ask the parties multiple times if they will just give each other what they want and often force mediation.

I knew from the moment Technicals put out his content cop on E "Nigger go boxing ring faggot" SAM that he was the one true Smash ayelawg. I miss the old smash scene; you really had to be there to experience it. Sweaty nerds, niggas, and the rest of the mix (trannies didn't exist yet) all united by the love of the game... The video addresses this, they could had kicked his ass out if the tournament was an invitational or done at someones house, but they did it as an event OPEN TO THE PUBLIC at a regular hotel.
Which is what doomed them since "open to the public" events are open to anti-discrimination laws.
The organizers are just THAT retarded that they set themselves up into the one specific position that allowed the player to perfectly rape them legally

When I was a wee lad playing adventure mode on Melee and having a blast, I never foresaw this game giving birth to one of the most cunty, immature, spiteful, soy-fed communities in all of internetdom. It's also amazing how these people managed to suck all the fun out of one of the most fun games of a generation. Oh sure, what this game needs is a meta of 5 characters, no items, and everyone playing footsy with each other for half the round.

To be honest seeing from what I have seen and not being in the community it seems like the Melee scene was always a bunch of elitist faggots who looked down on you if you didn’t think that Melee is the best. The only difference is that now most of these nerds and niggas trooned out or became the most faggy SJW people out there.

I was done with it when I got a month ban. I was on a friendlies setup with my boy when he marthkillered me and I (rightfully) called him a faggot. A former top 100 MPGR player walking past overheard me and interjected that he was gay and took offense to my statement. I inquired if he ever took it in the ass before. He said no and then I asked how he can claim to be gay if he's never taken dick before. Dude walked away without saying anything and the rest of the night was uneventful. Next day I check my DM's and I'm in banworld.

Kazuya was added into Ultimate into their second DLC fighter pack. He's overtuned to shit and boring to watch/play against. As for the melee online launcher, it's called Slippi and came out during COVID times. Aside from the easy install, the launcher has rollback net code which allows for a much smoother connection than pier to pier (which Ultimate uses). Matches were largely organized on a website called Anther's Ladder beforehand.

I'm almost as high ranked as you can get in online Ultimate and up here like half the matches are Kazuyas who do nothing but fish for their precious 0-deaths. If I get matched up against anyone that isnt playing Kazuya, Steve, or Sonic it feels like a miracle.

I haven't been a tournament in like 3 years due to how trooned out and faggy they got but I think I will go to one in the next month or two. Let me just order a cool new shirt to wear to it...
