A quick summary:
T_Pot was banned by multiple TOs and a discord server for "being a zionist", only 2 people, Aerodusk and MaxKechum refused to unban him after being threatened with a lolsuit. This lolsuit took place in New York, which has a very specific Civil Rights law which dictates that you can not discriminate based off "creed", which is pretty much political and non-traditional religious beliefs. Guess what actual zionism would fall under.

For some reason Aerodusk and MaxKechum refused settlements, Aerodusk decided to represent himself. During discovery the TO groupchat was made publicly available, this only fucked them over harder.

The video is clickbait as T_Pot hasn't actually won any lolsuit yet, and has only made settlements. However he's going after pretty much everyone who's fucked him over. I can't believe these pro-Palestinian fucks are giving Jews such easy victories.

Who even knows what he is. They used the term "Israeli" instead of Jew, or the word they're too much of a wuss to use, "kike".
Somehow that's even worse because Israeli is just a nationality. There are Arab, Muslim, Christian and other types of Israelis. Not all of them are Zionists.

I'll just crosspost what I think about this situation from the FGC General thread after watching the new Technicals video:
It never ceases to amaze me how retarded the Smash community gets; these two TOs from the darkest corners of the community think they're above the law and start trying to be gatekeeping in ways they legally cannot. You'd think those TOs would learn from the settlements of the other defendants that this is a terrible hill to die on, instead of deciding to fight back (which is already a losing battle) and then trying to represent themselves in court on top of that. It's literally a suicide move.

But this type of self destruction keeps happening again and again, and you know what? I think I want to keep tabs on the community again, the one that I dropped my interest in during the initial round of allegations. Because it's just a circus all the way down and I'm all for watching people play stupid games and win stupid prizes in real time.

I think I will add though, it's funny how much stupidity is in this single incident, which is only really related to the children's fighting game by virtue of the community around it. I do think Nintendo is fully justified in their hatred and disgust towards the scene, both years ago and how it is now.

I'm starting to think this is why those TOs are facing the lawsuit by representing themselves; no lawyer is interested in even representing them because they know this is gonna end horribly. But it's only going to make this downfall even more incredible to watch. There's a reason most people don't represent themselves for anything more than a parking ticket.
 
I think the funniest thing about all of this is that it should be a sobering moment to anyone who has any self-reflection that maybe they've so far lost the script that they've embodied exactly the behavior they think they condemn, or perhaps that maybe the same behaviors, coming from others, didn't merely come from a place of simple unassailable evil.

Emphasis should, because we all know they'll pivot to blaming the system and saying "it's different when we do it".

2025 has not been a good year for the Competitive Smash community, and thank God for that. Just drama on top of drama from the Hax situation to the Mango situation to this it just keeps getting worse and worse for them.
