In Europe it's generally regarded to be non socialist behaviour to be pro markets, against high tax rates, against progressive policies, and against corporate regulations

Yes Holland is not less socialist then the United states, even if you pay less corporates taxes in Holland then the US it still is not less socalist then US when you literally pay almsot 50% in taxes AND have massive safety nets. Also difference between the Netherlands and Scandinavia is that Scandinavis has a sizeable socialist presence politically, with the social democrats having a quarter of the vote. There is actual political effort in Scandinavia to stop institutions like private schools and private clinics. Not so in the Netherlands. The dutch social democrats have no political presence, and private capital is not threatened.

Now I don't know much about Styx and how adept he is at technology, but from what I understand he's a complete boomer when it comes to hardware and the like. He said his current laptop is a Alienware gaming one, so is he going to put Linux onto it, or does he have a separate desktop PC? I know he plays some older Fallout games and RuneScape, so why does he have a expensive gaming laptop if he only ever browses the internet, plays some light games and does some office work with it?

I've been thinking about getting a dual boot for Linux and Windows 11 when it eventually drops, would be funny to see Styx try and boomer away with his laptop too. Still wondering why he has such a machine if he only ever edits his WordPress-tier webiste, writes some Word documents and edits some PDF and image files. Sure it has a good webcam, but those are easy to buy separately.
