She’s not trying to say she didn’t hit him though. She is saying that she did it in self-defense which is entirely believable with Tardl’s history including his DV charges. Edible enough. Used up the Mozz, so I added just enough (hopefully) Parm on top to help suck up the grease when reheated. Tastes fine, and just enough give left in the pasta. Boring, despite the onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Everything below the cheese is nice and moist. Hence: White Food Perfection.

Honestly I do think Nikki has a good chance at beating this charge and I hope she does just so we can laugh at Tarl. Without Tarl all they have is the video. I'd assume the defense could bookend that shit with, "I hit him cuz I was scared for my life after months of abuse" and then end it with a just look at this faggot, he is a devil worshipping alcoholic already convicted once of domestic abuse, on the run from probation violations, etc.

Dont take any deal for probation, you will end up in jail if you refuse to quit smoking dope, they can and will order absolute sobriety despite it being legal there. Same goes for alcohol. If you prevail, enjoy it while it lasts, bad things will continue to happen to you as it seems you're committed to this lifestyle. I was the same way and it cost me 2 decades of my life that I'll never get back. But my best years are ahead of me as I learned a valuable trade and got the drugs and alcohol in the rearview. It's amazing how damaging I realized marijuana was to my motivation, ambition, cognition, and drive. Find positive people, positive activities and strive to do better. Take some real risks and make something of yourself instead of indulging in this childish edgy shit.

You won't, you'll continue to numb yourself and hang around freaks while you struggle to hang on to the bottom rung of society. If that's what you want, then awesome. You get out of life what you put in, I just think you're going to regret it a lot sooner than you think and it will probably be too late to right the ship.
