I am up to speed on Styx's legal issues but not on court cases of the other involved parties.

The April 8th hearing for Nikki, does that relate to her punching Styx in the mouth?

I am not a lawyer so I could be completely off base with this, but doesn't the 6th Amendment to the US Constitution grant the accused the right to confront their accusers?

Since Styx is the primary accuser and he is now a wanted man in 50 states, ignoring two warrants for his arrest, he will not be in court. Can Nikki move to have all charges dismissed since she is unable to confront her accuser in court?

I doubt it; in criminal DV cases like that, the state prosecutes, not the victim. Styx would only be the accuser if there's a separate civil suit later. She'll be facing State of Louisiana vs. Nikki Tardbeater

However, not having Styx there will certainly hamper the state's case since they will be lacking what would otherwise be their star witness, so she might skate if she turns on the waterworks and claims it was self defense, and they aren't competent enough to bring up her crowing and gloating about it online as being some kind of delayed justice and revenge for this or that.

That's the one, as said, the state is pressing the charges, they already have an interview on camera, but if her public defender is any good they can get it tossed before a trial. There's no clock on this, so it's harder for them to apply pressure to get a plea out of her. Most cases are plead out, trials are expensive, and not having a victim is a hurdle.
