Unless a new warrant is issued, probably closer to 0%, since the FTA warrant only has enforcement within VT, and Tarl resides in Brooklyn, NY, with Mel.

Another user informed me that Tarl has a Zoom hearing with the Orleans Parish Court in Louisiana on Friday.
They may or may not enter a warrant with extradition into NCIC if he no-shows or is found to have violated his NOLA probation.
