It could create quite a few pain in the ass situations as well. Getting held up in traffic stops for an absurd amount of time etc. They'll have to go through the red tape of contacting the sheriff's office in LA to see if they want to come get him.
Also flock cams and plate readers could make that one really annoying.
Styx should just be glad isn't having to deal with charges in Florida. Those dudes will book a space shuttle flight to the moon to extradite someone.
