Getting high around your kids (and I am including the caveat of 'I wait until they go to bed') - totally badass and rad? or absolutely abhorrent behavior?
 
What mother talks about not wanting to “watch” her children? That’s babysitter language. Grandparents “watch the kids” so the parents can have a night off. Moms are supposed to care for their kids whether they’re sick or not (especially when they’re sick!)

This Dylan guy might be a huge piece of shit, I have no idea, but at least he isn’t on kiwi farms bitching about all the reasons he cant be arsed to “watch his kids”

Also, your ex-husband can't just give you antibiotics if you're not sick, just as a precaution... even if he was a doctor. Besides, hooking up with a self-professed pirate does not go well, not very kid-friendly environment, specially if the court is already involved. What were you expecting, really?
You need to work on yourself first. Find peace and stability in your life first and only then try to be present in theirs. Do you attend therapy? That might help you deal with some of the issues

She's unemployed, by choice, and does not go to therapy or anything like that, again by choice. She has nothing but time, which she spends trying to convince the world that she is not the problem.

She'd rather go with what she perceives to be the easiest route of laboring sins and ignore all of the jobs you could get that are in demand and provide housing. She is going to have to hit rock bottom to ever sort this out, but as long as she has simps she won't.

Victims, aren’t we all. You appear to have an excuse for everything, and those texts messages were very revealing. If only you put as much effort into being an actual parent, as you do making excuses and feeling sorry for yourself. I feel for Dylan and I hope you are having to pay child support, there is no excuse for you not being there for your children in any capacity. Gosh, you sure are setting up your kids for success in life. If your mom was so terrible wouldn’t you want to do everything to not be seen as terrible to them in the future? It’s a very sad situation you’re putting them and their father through.

That's the opposite of what should be done. Getting a job would lead to some financial independence/stability and give her more of an ability to care for them, specially if she's not even full-time parent. Refusing a job when you're about to be homeless is not a good decision...
